Great Product for Independence in the Shower

Following lumbar back surgery, this chair was invaluable in enabling me to be able to shower independently. It is extremely lightweight and very easy to assemble (approx. 5 minutes). Adjustable legs are a great feature as you never need to be concerned about your feet dangling and not touching the shower floor. The arms provide additional leverage and stability when lowering yourself into the seat, as well as when getting up from the seat. The suction cups at the base of the legs keep the chair attached to the shower floor, even when wet, so there is sliding or unexpected movement. Highly recommend this product.

Stable

Bought this model after I saw it was used in my rehab facility. Not much to say except that the handles make it easier to sit down safely. Good to have just in case you might need it.

Perfect so sturdy and well made

This chair is wonderful. Very solid feeling but lightweight. It does not slide or slip around in the shower at all. My shower does have a built in shelf so I only added one handle to the chair to accommodate room for the shelf. I did connect the back to it and it is very sturdy no movement at all. I can move around on the chair and lean very far forward without it moving, stays put. I truly am so happy I ordered this, I feel so much safer and secure in the shower. I thought at first it was too big for my standard shower, after measuring the bottom of the shower I found it was going to be a perfect fit with it only being 17.9 inches wide at the legs.

Great choice for stability

This was a second choice, after another bathing chair on Amazon was returned as the leg collapsed, when tested pre-surgery for joint replacement surgery. The chair is very stable, and I have total faith in being safe while showering. I would recommend this to those looking for stability in potential fall risk situations.

Sturdy and doesn’t rust!

This chair was easy to assemble- sturdy- has arms to assist getting up. Lightweight to move. Also does not rust - no metal parts!

Great help for elderly

My 95 year old mother is very happy with the chair. It was easy to assemble; we put it into her walk-in shower. The chair handles help mother to sit down and to get up. She has more flexibility with both hands free, while previously she had to hold onto something not to fall. Great help for elderly person! And I am happy that the chair is all plastic and does not leave rusted stains on the floor.

Warning checks legs they may come loose

This chair is everything you need for the shower. This is a excellent chair, just a word of warning be sure to check the tightening of the legs, in my case I didn’t realize that they could come loose as I came very close to landing on the shower floor, one leg had come so loose it bent forward, we then checked all the legs and found them all to be extremely loose, after tightening they were all fine.

for anyone with a Tub Insert

Had to use a shower seat a couple of years ago after a knee replacement. I had a tub insert installed about 10 years ago which brought the inside dimension down a little (made the measurement smaller). I did not use Amazon to find one but went to a local store OMS. Their chairs did not fit properly, never felt completely secure but I was in need. All the chairs seemed to be the same. This chair, even with it seeming to be larger, fits securely, as the pads on the bottom of the legs are larger and they almost suction to the bottom of the tub.

Excelente Calidad

Estuve viendo alternativas, pero me decidí por esta; no me arrepiento, esta construida con excelentes materiales y el armado fue sorprendente, sin necesidad de herramienta alguna. La construcción es muy buena, estabilidad excepcional y el antiderrapante inmejorable.
