Love it- exactly what I needed for injury
Broke my foot and ankle, needed something to use that is safe and stable but didn't need the full out chair. This is great- light enough to move around, the leg height is so easy to change. I lower it to keep my foot/leg out of hot water while I take a bath. It's more than tall enough for sitting for adults- im 5'7" and use it on the second or third highest height. If u have very serious balance or strength issues this may not be the best but if u need something to get you through an injury or something it would work. This could be good for knee or hip replacement recovery for otherwise healthy people. I love that it's so tiny that when I'm done with it, it will probably fit underneath our larger vanity.

I use as table in shower.
I did find a use for this but not as I intended. It is light, portable, comfortable. On top notch it could tend to be a little unstable so caution is needed. I weight 165# and it feels like it might want to twist. I use as a table & can raise my wash pail for rinsing things in the shower. If I were not ambulatory I don't know if I'd trust it to shower on top levels.

Looks like a lot for the low price
Easy aas pie to assemble, have been getting on and off in the den and it seems very stable. Put in my small tub, fits very well, and seems stable in the tub, If it fails after it gets wet, I will write another review, but it will be just fine... Just to have the ability to sit and do a shampoo and rinse or shaving will be a blessing.

An excellent shower stool
I use this for my daughter to sit on while I wash her hair in the shower and it's perfect! It wobbles just a tiny bit, but only because the seat is clasped into place. It is very sturdy, easy to clean, and very light.

Beware of its Return Policy
I have purchased this item for my mom who had a stroke, and although the stool in itself is okay, I just didn't feel the build quality was sturdy enough to support her weight and felt it a bit slippery on my bathtub (like others have pointed out). Having tested it, I decided to return the stool 24 days after the purchase. To my surprise, they said this item could not be returned as it falls under the "Health" category... I mean $60 bucks will not break the bank for me, but since I have never had any issues returning anything from Amazon before, I thought it was of value to let others know with this review. I guess I'll just donate this one to someone who's weight will not be an issue and continue to find one that suits my needs...

BAD DEAL
I am an 82 year old handicapped, low income senior. I needed a stool for inside my tub for a shower. I only took it out of the box assembled it & put it in the tub. IT DID NOT FIT as the bottom of the tub curved inward . I tried to return it. I did not see that it was non returnable. It went straight back into all its wrappings and into it’s box. I phoned Amazon & they won’t refund me or allow me to return it. This is a big amount of money for me. Now I’m out of pocket and stuck with an item I have no use for or place to put it. It’s unfair & I won’t shop Amazon again. I didn’t know they didn’t do returns.

Great stool!
Love this stool. Very sturdy without taking up too much room. I am very short, barely 5', and this stool adjusts even lower than I need it to. Nice clean look as well. The only criticism I would have is not for the product, but the instructional pamphlet. I will answer the questions I had, before figuring this out. The plastic ends on the cross bars do insert into the legs, do not remove them. The washers go on the screws only. The plastic flat one slips onto the bolt screw first, to protect the plastic nob, followed by the curved metal washer that follows the curve of the leg. No washer between the seat and the leg is required. I would definitely say that this is worth recommending to family and friends.

I dont feel safe using a life line product if I cant contact the manufacturer
I tried using the scan code kept coming up error for their website then i called the toll free number on the box a guy answered said what do you want? I said is this Drive products? He hung up on me. I looked at the number i called and matches the box. I’m crippled If want to feel safe using a life line product. Not impressed with their lack of customer support. I want a product I feel safe using and not trapping me in the shower. I haven't used the product yet but I honestly am afraid to.

misleading item description
States that the legs are about 12 inches apart which they are so we ordered it for our tub that is 16 inches wide so lots of space. Well hold on a minute they neglected to mention that in the instructions it states one leg shall be facing the faucet and the other the rear of the tub for stability. Now the chair legs are 17 inches wide leg to leg because you are not going across to a leg but going at an angle from on set of legs to the other set. No refund as I knew before I bought it. Someone at the thrift shop is going to get a nice new bath chair as long as their tub is at least 18 inches wide.
