Received wrong item but great quality

I ordered two small ones with three drawers and received two with 6 drawers. Returning something like this is excessively irritating so I’m just keeping them. The quality is great though. Drawers pull well.

Worst experience ever.

Received two of the same box number 2, waited 2 weeks for delivery, box number 1 had all the screws and attachments plus the side pieces o attach draws. Now I have 2 boxes with junk that cannot be used, my town charges extra for wood, ($125) is considered building material so please consider all. Bottom line don't waste your money with Dream in me, they just care about money, customer service is horrible, take way too long to reply . Spend your money somewhere else. Good luck

I think I would have loved this had I’ve been able to assemble it.

The olive color is beautiful. Had I been able to put this together I think I would have loved it. The first issue is that almost every piece had damage. Scratches and scrapes all over the top, dented pieces, many pieces that had been filled in with putty and painted over. I was surprised to open this up and there not be a protective film at least over the top piece of the dresser. It is not at all packaged in a way that protects the paint. I was actually willing to overlook all of this because I assumed sending it back would be a headache. I got halfway through putting it together and the remaining pieces would not align with the screw holes. I took it apart thinking I may have made an error, but the screw holes on one side piece were misaligned and there was no way to even force it together. Given this is MDF, I don’t believe making new holes would have been strong enough to support the dresser. Really disappointing. Luckily, I had saved the boxes and most of the packing materials so packed it back up between the two boxes and the process was for UPS to pick it up off my front porch with a printed label. It took five days before they came and when they finally came to pick it up Amazon had only provided them with one label so they left one box behind. I now have to contact Amazon to request a second label and wait for pick up of the next box. However, this is far better than me having to drop the heavy boxes off. I think if you’re lucky to get a piece that can be put together and are looking for a nice looking functional piece of furniture that is not high-quality, you might be happy with this. Of course I opted not to have it replaced for fear of the same outcome.

Makes a great end table.

I wanted a higher, wider end table for my bedroom, and this small dresser fit the bill. It is very sturdy, a lovely aqua color (maybe closer to dark aqua - but not too dark), and has plenty of storage space in the drawers. I am having difficulty uploading the photos I took but will try again. A good buy though.

It's not as big as you would think it is.

I bought one for my 17 month old daughter's room. It's not going to be as big as you think it will but it is big enough for a young child. The dresser has space for her clothes and it is very pretty, matches her crib (and eventual bed frame for the matching conversion kit). Definitely a little pricey but it's coming all the way over from New Zealand. It's sturdy for sure and well built. There was a little confusion about one piece and the instructions weren't clear about that particular part so it looked like I had 2 extra bolts until I went over it and double checked it. However, getting it straightened out was a breeze. 11/10, would definitely recommend. I'm only giving 4 stars on Amazon because I need a matching taller chest of drawers but Dream On Me doesn't have one available (in that color at least) so I'm going to have to get a custom piece made later. That's the only flaw with it. If you want more drawer space you'll have to buy a second one.

Sent the wrong color

Opened the box - instead of mint the paint was dark blue green (for some reason called ‘olive’ which is brown green). Would have returned except 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter had waited so long. This color does not match decor. Took about 3 hours to assemble. All parts were included. On the plus side- the dresser is High quality. Very unlikely to Tip over. Granddaughter able to slide open drawers very easily. Too bad wrong color.

Wished I paid for IKEA shipping

Purchased for my daughter's nursery while on sale. Arrived with scratches and dents, and was mildly annoying to put together. The drawers feel like they don't open all the way and were much smaller than expected. The middle drawer catches even though it was assembled according to instructions. This dresser also did not arrive with the child safety bolts to prevent from tipping accidents. For the price of this I am underwhelmed and wished I paid extra to order a Hemnes from IKEA.

Great value

This was really easy to assemble and very sturdy. Beware that I used a cordless drill and that helped make assembly a breeze. I can imagine that it would take much longer with an old fashioned manual screwdriver.
