Difficult to get on, but once on, very effective.
These socks are not very stretchy and take a great deal of tugging to get them on but they are meant to be compression socks and stretchiness would likely defeat the whole purpose. They make my feet and legs feel comfortable all day and prevent swelling very well.

Cut off circulation at ankles
These crew socks are not well suited to diabetics or good for circulation! I’m a woman but have always gotten this brand of the men’s socks. The men’s are nice and soft around the calves, but the feet stretch out so much that they bunch up and wrinkle under my feet, causing pain when I walk. I hoped these would fit tighter. These are wonderful on my feet and fit just right, are soft and don’t bunch up. (I wear a size 10.) But the calves are sooo tight they cut off my circulation. Before bed I checked and they were leaving really big ridges and I didn’t feel safe sleeping in them like that. But loved the way the feet felt. So I cut about an inch down on the top tightest part. Not ideal at all! But they are tall enough hopefully that won’t show with pants on.

nice socks
stretch was not as much as I neede, so I clipped the threads holding the fold on top in place. still a little tight around ankle. I have had foot/ankle surgery. so ankle is thicker due to Archilles surgery that the scar is still prominate and adhesions behing the scar that make it thicker. But for others they will be a great sock.

The socks are great for comfort but the heel is too high up.
These socks are very soft and comfortable. I am on my feet at work for at least six hours at a time and have been feeling good. The only complaint I have is the heel of the sock is about an inch above where it should be. Once my shoes are on it’s not a problem.

Not Women's Diabetic Socks!!!
If these are supposed to fit women then they must be really short or have no calves at all. They still leave a ring around my legs and not what I expected from such a well known company. I was looking for a good sock that will fit as the foot and leg swells during the day. Not these.

Did not work for me
These are fine, but rough on the foot. I found them harsh especially the seams across the toes. They caused blisters and left a dark mark on my leg. I am not diabetic but needed seamless or softer socks as I bruise easily. These did not meet my expectations. I am sure it works well for others but did not work for me. I wore one so unsure about what the returns will look like. I cannot use the others.
