Simply not as effective as described
I've tried using this plug several times since I bought it. I bought the large version. Perfectly shaped to hit my prostate so no complaints there. What I'm not happy with is it's inability to stay in once it's been inserted. It's not tapered like a basic plug but more like the anal trainers that dont stay in either. Sure, if you put it in and immediately sit down it does ok but still about once every few minutes you're reaching back there to push it back into place. Forget walking around with this in also. Just while standing up it will slowly start sliding out after about 30 seconds. Once you start walking if you want it to stay in place you'll have to keep your hand on it and we all know awkward that would be and look lol. I've been using plugs for a little over a year and in my limited experience the only ones that I've used (and will stay where you put them) are the basic plugs with a thin stem and a cap on the end or the prostate toys with a ring for your penis.

Very comfortable
Finally someone designed a butt plug properly. Usually the base of the plug is too large and keeps the sphincter gaped open too much causing the plug to slip out. While the body of this plug is of a large enough design to give some feeling of fullness, the base is small enough for your sphincter to grab a hold of and hang on to. It doesn't try to slip out during intercourse and adds a lot of stimulation to every orgasm! While it doesn't give the same kind of stim as an Aneros, it reminds you that it's there every time you take a step or change positions. If your into long term wear this is your plug. Looking forward to trying the extra large for even more stim.

Why, oh why did I WAIT???
This is my first plug. I bought the large - 4.5 in. - and it’s perfect. Insertion was easy and painless, but oh the sensation!!! I’m totally comfortable sitting, bending, or standing. I wear my panties and jeans very tight, and walking is suddenly a whole new experience. I had very high hopes and this has exceeded them all! I noticed a couple reviewers didn’t like the curved tee. FWIW, this is one of my favorite things about it. Worn under tight clothes it feels amazing. A couple days after writing this I ordered a small plug as well because it became immediately obvious that I’d be wearing one a LOT. Being a newbie, I thought it might be good to go a little smaller for long-tem wear, at least at first. I love it! Still plenty of sensation, and zero discomfort, even after... (checks time)... ummm, wow...

Great Plug But You Will Grow Out of It
This has been my "go to" plug for a long while, always fit great. Recently though, it started sliding out and I got to the point where I had to retire it. Not that I've been stretching as much as I've wanted to, I think the stem is just not thin enough to keep it inside. But if you are on the journey of pluggery, this is one to consider.

Feels high quality, large wasn't too large, definitely worth a try!
I think some of the other reviews said that these tend to be on the small size, so I would agree with that. I picked up the Large, and it wasn't overly big - my wife and I are beginners. Size wise, while it seems big in the hand, it's not difficult to insert or to keep in for a short or even long (a few hours) period of time. The sensation is definitely unique if you've never used one before! I would recommend it to anyone to try one, as it's quite different to have one of these in while penetrating your wife or partner, or for her to have one in while you are penetrating her vaginally. It stays put, and it feels of silicone, so it's nice and soft. Use a good lubricant and you can't go wrong! Again, we're beginners, so go slow.
