Good product except...
Overall this is a good product except for 2 things: 1. The memory foam smells like a certain plastic sheeting that I find offensive. But I am more sensitive to smells than most people are, my wife says. I'm airing the cushion out for a week. If that doesn't help, I'll wrap the cushion in kitchen plastic wrap before placing it in the cover. 2. I am 6'1" tall & my foot hangs over the cushion making it a little uncomfortable after a while. I fixed that by putting a small pillow on the slope of the cushion so my foot doesn't dangle over the end. I'm thinking anyone who is 5'10" or shorter should not have this issue. Except for these two minor issues, I'd have given the product 5 stars. ;-)

I didn't buy it for pain relief, but it works well for support, you may have difficulty placing it
It provides good support and can be changed around different ways. It's a nice size, but if you have mobility issues, you may have trouble placing it where you want it. I had trouble putting on the bed or couch and then getting my legs high enough to rest on it. But this problem isn't specific to this particular product. I think it would be a problem no matter what brand, and possibly what style, you used. It can be very useful, though, and it's well made.

I was using pillows before and this is much better
I was using pillows to prop my legs up and they eventually would sink down or fall over, this foam wedge does the trick perfectly. At first I thought it was too firm of a foam but after two nights I grew to like it even more than the pillows. The only thing I wish was different about it is that it was maybe 6 inches wider.

Large leg rest
I am only 5'1" so the wedge is a little high for me. I have short legs so my calves don't rest at a 90 degree angle. Other than that it's nice to have a solid pillow for support.

Works very well for dealing with lymphedema
Physical therapist recommended using a wedge to deal with lymphedema and this worked very well since my purchase several months ago. Fabric cover does pill easily but I made a new one using cotton bedsheet and it's great. I wake up with significantly reduced leg, ankle and foot swelling.

Comfortable

Love these!
I really love these wedge pillows! They have made such a difference in the amount of pain that I am in when I get up and walk around. Of course, like memory foam does, it conforms to your body. So, if it's under your head it will start to sink a bit, and likewise with your knees. My suggestion is to get two of these, one for your head and the other for your knees. So that way, when the memory foam starts remembering too much, you can switch. That helps to keep them from getting to worn down too quickly. It will cost a little bit more, but the ability to switch back and forth is well worth the cost. Also, the other benefit is that you can get into a perfectly supine sleeping position, without having to pay adjustable bed prices. Bonus!

A product that stands out from the rest
I purchased this leg wedge for my Mum who has varicose ulcers and is advised to keep the legs in a raised position constantly. I tried to match the leg wedge which she was given to use during her hospitalisation and despite a great variety of similar products on the market, this product was the closest match. It is an excellent product - the dimensions permit use for both legs, the foam it is made of is firm to hold the legs in an elevated position, but soft enough not to cause discomfort. The design is identical to that of the wedge recommended by my Mum's doctors. The zip cover makes it incredibly practical to maintain a good level of hygiene. Given my Mum's condition the wedge will become a permanent fixture on her bed and only time will tell how durable it is.

I bought this with a little trepidation due to the price in case it wasn't as good as my old one
I've suffered with a lower back and leg pain problem for 25 years now and have had a similar cushion for almost 20 of the years to help me sleep. I bought this with a little trepidation due to the price in case it wasn't as good as my old one, but I was worrying for nothing. It is the perfect height and length for me where my feet just dangle over the age (I'm only 5'2"). I use it every night and can't get to sleep without it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with getting to sleep due to back issues.

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
After ordering this I was told by my physical therapist because I was having double knee replacement this was not a good purchase. It appeared that the delivery would be later in the month but when I tried to cancel it had been sent!!! This is NOT RETURNSBLE - but yet this ISNT DISCLOSED UNTIL YOU NEED TO RETIRN IT- I think it’s a cheap way to handle customers!! It’s still in the box and tgey regise to take it back. Therapist said I need a wedge that won’t allow my legs to slip off! I will never do business again on this website- fact is it was an accident that I even used this site!! Poor service and NOT HONEST!!

Found the wedge too hard and I felt my legs going numb. I am 5'6'' tall so maybe the 8 inch was to high for me. I tried using in bed under a sheet and comforter. However, I found that because me feet stuck up the pressure of the blankets bothered me. I don't actually need to keep my feet raised as my issue is that I need to sleep on my back due to shoulder issues and sleeping on my back causes lower back pain. I have been using pillows under my knees as this relieves the pressure on my lower back. However, they do slide and I am constantly adjusting for comfort. I am looking for something more practical for me that has a slant both front and back so my feet don't stick up. Will keep on looking.
