great pump

Awesome pump. I discovered where water was entering my basement, but the hole was like .75" off the ground, so I couldn't run a tube from that hole into a normal condensate pump, the angle would be way too steep. I made the hole high enough off the ground with silicone and now run a tube from the wall into this pump. Slightly cheaper than $1500 for a french drain that might not cut it, or $4k for 11 feet of aqua guard.

Lasts a year...

A year ago in April we replaced our air and heating unit and this sump pump was installed with it. The sump pump that was in there had been in there for 12 years. The diversitech pump unit lasted a little over a year (?)

Bad pump

This is my second pump in 3 months. Both stopped working. Edit, pump works great, just had frozen pipes lol

Works well ....just needs a stronger plastic reservoir tank to make it a perfect unit!

Replacement unit was very easy to install and set up. Just hate that the reservoir tank on original unit cracked and leaked and needed replaced at all.

Better than I expected

The plastic is thick on this product but I wouldn't drop it. As for the removal of water, the pump is extremely efficient and quiet. The low profile of this pump is a big plus; it is truly 2 inches tall at the input of the reservoir. I would have given it 5 stars but it's more a 4.5 because of the breakable type plastic reservoir.

These come in handy

I install many of these on furnaces and sometimes the normal pumps are too tall. Thankfully they make these shorter units and they don't cost too much more. Thanks

Very nice product

We use it to empty a crawlspace dehumidifier. It works perfectly, and we can't hear it when it runs.

So far so good

I have used several condensate pumps and for some reason, most of them have been unreliable. This works so far. The season is almost over, but it if last through 2020, it's been worthwhile.
