Good fit for snow blower scraper blade replacement

very poor qualiy control - made in China junk - immediate mechanical failure
These arrived quickly, and that is where I run of of positive things to say. After completely disassembling my lawnmower deck and replacing a failed idler pulley for the drive belt (the deck belt injested an anti-skid wheel that popped off the front of the deck). I used this bolt to replace the original shaft for the pulley, because it matched the manufacturers specifications exactly. I torqued it as specified, aand used the red loctite, new belleville cup washer and flat washer, all per the repair manual. I reattached the deck and started to mow the lawn, and this bolt broke before I got 15 feet! The break was a clean shear at the top the pulley bushing. I tested its hardness and I found that it was 62 Rb, and the minimum per ASTM specifications is 69; --- 10% out of spec --- these would NEVER have shipped out from any American factory! I bought another set on amazon from another seller, (made in Illinois), ASIN: B00Z3YBEXU, and those bolts worked great, after identical installation. The Chinese bolts cost me extra money, effort and time and they simply failed to do their job. Another example of made-in-China poor quality. Made in USA bolts may cost double (or more) than what the Chinese ones do, but they are obviously worth the money.
