Good costume for a tight budget

Bought as daughter's costume for Halloween themed band concert. She wears a junior size 9 but she's a little thick in the middle. I originally ordered a size medium which fit okay but the waist was tight. Returned for the size large which is roomy all over but needed to fit her waist. The area under the arms is open but I see this as necessary so you can move around in it (she wore a black vneck under and you couldn't tell). I will need to tack the sleeves down in the back before she wears it again as they kept falling forward on her and showing her shoulders. Shoulder wing pieces might need wired to stay up. The medium they stood up. But on the large they didn't. Must have just been the way they were packaged. Hat fit well and had room to cover her hair in a bun. Horns are stiff and stood upright. Overall this is a nice costume for the price. Fabric is thick, not see thru and has texture to it. Not high end but good budget friendly costume.

Worth the money

Disney is my jam. I loved the costume as soon as I tried it on. I received several compliments at work. The size was right on. The head piece stayed on all day. I would definitely recommend this costume.

Ugly

Shoulder collar does not stay up, outfit it flimsy, does not stretch, and not flattering at all. I ended up cutting off half of it and created something else.

Good dress, not so good horns

The material was thinner than I expected, but it still looks good. I usually wear a size 10 dress, and from reading other comments, I decided I ought to get a large instead of a medium. The large fits me well, so this dress must run somewhat small. The armpits have open slits in them, but as long as you wear something black underneath it, it won't be very noticeable. The long sleeves mostly cover up the openings anyways, from the front. The shoulder collar things can't really be shaped much, but they stick out fairly nicely on mine (although they aren't perfectly symmetrical). I was hoping they would have wire in them so that they could be bent to a good shape, but they are just made of a foamy kind of material. There are small Velcro circles on the back of the dress, but they don't allow for much of a size adjustment. Overall, I like this dress, and it will work well for my Maleficent costume. I would suggest buying other horns, though.

Ok but could be better

The shoulders do not stand up at all like in the picture but lay flat - going to have to get pipe cleaners or something to see if that helps. The brooch was missing from the order and it had definitely been used and I wanted new so be warned! Size is as expected. I kept seeing "size up" and I had to send it back for my usual size, large

Looked ok.

It reminded me of the cheap costumes I bought for my kids 20 years ago. I wore it twice and it ripped on the side. It fit a little loose, so not sure why it would rip. Headpiece was comfortable, but I wasn't a fan of the "look" of it.

You get what you pay for. It's cheap.

The dress was ripped when I received it. I had to buy a different head piece because the "horns" are floppy like dog ears and do not stand up.
