Beautiful color.

These towels are a little thin for the texture. But the DLL brand has always been worthy of the price and the color is gorgeous. Matches my turquoise summer curtains perfectly. Looking forward to using them this summer.

The color is accurate and we've already washed them several times and there is no wrinkling or color change. Absorbent.

NOT MADE IN CHINA

These are great towels for drying hands & dishes. Love the olive green color. Finally, hand towels not made in China! Of course, I would like to find towels that are made here in the USA (at an affordable price) but I haven't found any yet. I don't mind supporting products made in India, which are where these towels are made. They make quality products and it gets us away from China and the CCP.

Artichoke color is too dark green. But will give it a chance, and hopefully they will fade.

UPDATE: I was thinking about bumping this to three stars, because a wash caused the hand towel to shrink and be a better size. But the green is too dark. It's frustrating me. I wish that it looked more like the green in the product picture. So color wise, the artichoke looks like a forest green. I feel like they are actually darker green than what my camera picture is showing you, but close enough. It's disappointing because I wanted a lighter green similar to the old towels that I have pictures beside the new purchased ones. And you can see that the actual towels are indeed darker than the Amazon product images. I'm hoping that they will fade after a few hot washes. Or maybe there is a trick that I can do, like use baking soda, or vinegar, or salt. Anything that won't cause bleach spots or destroy the fabric. It will be a scary experiment. Other than that, the towels and washcloths are a bit thin, but I think that is okay as long as they last a couple of years. I've used my old hand towels for over a decade and they have held up well. The hand towels are a bit longer and wider than my old towels, which I'm not too happy about. The old towel size was perfect for my counters and now I have extra fabric that I don't want. But I'll probably get used to the size and make do with them. The window pane pattern and texture is nice. I like it. If the hand towels and wash cloths were 1/3 (up to 1/2) less dark then I would be super happy. But ugh, they aren't out of the box. I'm giving the hand towels and washcloths three stars. If I ever get them to fade to a lighter color, the color that I was expecting when I made the purchase... and if I don't encounter any problems with them falling apart later on, then I will bump it up to four stars. If everything stays the same, I will keep it three stars. And if they disintegrate on me after a short while, I will definitely drop the rating.

Nice but...

I love the rich purple of these towels! I was disappointed to feel how thin they were. But they do wipe up nicely. The good surprise is that on the back side there is a diagonal strip that gives you a way to hang the towel on a hook if desired. The thinness does allow the towel to dry quickly. I am not sure how long they will last but they look nice hanging on a hook. Not super soft but not too rough either. Doesn't have the feel of luxury per se but they are functional and I love the color!

Thinner than other brands of the same style

These definitely feel like knock offs of other towels I have in this same style. Much thinner fabric.

Nice thick towels

These are exactly what I was looking for. Needed more black in my towels as opposed to Buffalo check. They wash up good and are thick. . Proper size (hand towel size) not a small square dish cloth

Returned immediately - Very thin

The color is accurate, however the towels were very thin. I knew immediately they were not going to be as absorbent as what I was looking for, so I promptly returned them. If you need some thick and absorbent kitchen towels, you should look somewhere else.

Not very absorbent for a kitchen towel

Purchased these to match a kitchen renovation. While they looked great, they were not very absorbent. It was frustrating to use them to dry dishes, since it took twice as long to dry them as it should have. I'm hoping after several washes they will get better, but so far there hasn't been any change.

Not impressed, poor value for money.

Looks better in the picture than it is. Poor absorbency, thin, color comes out in the wash. Will never buy again or recommend
