Smells great
Smells great but you have to use more than just 5 drops it works best in bathrooms, and only last about 5 hrs. Don’t buy if you plan to use in a large room I would recommend a normal diffuser that uses Water.

No Directions on package; Doesn't last long
At first I loved this, despite the fact that there are no directions of use on the package. Then I ordered another one for another room. The scent does not last no matter how pure your essential oils are. I think I might look for a different diffuser next time. Plus, and this is most likely not Amazon's fault, but the seller themselves, when the new one arrived, it reeked of mildew.

Good Product
I've only had it a few days, but the diffuser works well and as advertised. The aroma kicks in within 10 minutes. The fragrance (using essential oils) doesn't last as long as I thought it would, but I don't consider that a flaw in the product itself. The oil is going to evaporate when exposed to air and heat - that's just basic science. Essential oils get used up quickly by this method, so I started using my Pier1 diffuser oil on the pad. Smells good and is definitely more cost effective than essential oils. I love essential oils though, and believe that this would be the ticket for using them in your personal space at work. With the right oil, this diffuser could provide some stress relief at your desk. I'll be testing that theory myself at some point. Safety - I've kept it plugged in for hours at a time and it remains warm but not overheated. However, I don't think it's safe to leave anything like this plugged in continuously.

What smells so good?
This is an inexpensive way to diffuse essential oils into the room. It works well. It comes with five pads for use with different oils or blends. My package arrived in about a week. It was packed well. Though the instructions say to apply up to 10 drops of essential oil to the pad, how many drops you apply should depend on which oil(s) you use. I first tried Sweet Marjoram (for sleep) and found that 10 drops was too strong, and I had to unplug it and move it further from the bedroom. There is no on/off switch so it must be unplugged to stop the diffusion. I accidentally forgot to unplug it and left for a couple of days. It didn't overheat and burn my house down, so that's a good thing!

Good diffuser however bulky size and shape
This items functions well. It slowly diffuses oils placed on the pad what I don't like is: - the shape - round with a flat front with slats where the pad rests - size almost a racket ball sized item that sticks several inches out from the socket - can not change the orientation of the plug I wanted to put this in a small bathroom where the only plug in was near the vanity. 1. too large for the area 2. the plug-in for the bathroom is horizontal where this unit is vertical so the pad falls out of the unit. (I've solved this some by placing two pads in the unit so that they stay in place even when the unit is side ways)

Great aromatherapy diffuser
So far this product has worked perfectly for me especially for the price. I really enjoy being able to use 100% pure essential oil with this diffuser knowing I'm not breathing in any artificial fragrance (which is an known allergen and most products usually does't specify what makes up those fragrance). I've been using this product for the past 2-3 months for my room, takes about 5-7 minutes for it to warm up the essential oil enough to diffuse it. It would have been better it has some sort of mechanism to turn it off after few hours since sometimes I forget to unplug it, but so far the product doesn't seem to overheat. I can also see purchasing the refill pad would be annoying, but I have been able to reuse the same paper pad using the same scent and it seems to work fine.

Very good for a small room
It works well to diffuse essential oil in a small room or bathroom and is a great alternative to chemical fragrances. A few drops of essential oils are needed on the pad, and then the diffuser is plugged in an outlet. It comes with 5 pads, and replacements can be purchased separately; however, the same pad can be reused multiple times as long as the same oil is used. The strength and persistence of the fragrance depends on the essential oil used; I, for one, prefer grapefruit oil which is among the weakest in terms of persistence, so I have to refresh the pad often. With stronger oils the fragrance may persist for days. It requires more assistance than commercial air freshers, but it's healthier and worth it.

Needs adapter for U K use
Disappointed with this item so far because I cannot use it till I buy a 2 point adapter of some kind , this will be more expense and may make the plug in look ugly in the room.

I use the pads recommended, and high-quality essential oils, however, it never really diffuses very well into any rooms. You can only really smell the oils if you are standing right next to it or for about an hour after you put a LOT of drops (like 40) on the little pads that get placed in.

Waste of good oils
Im not impressed with this plug in. It gets very hot and you do not smell the oils at all unless you put 20 drops on the pads. Waste of good oils.

Not good bang for the buck
Only does a very small area, and uses a LOT of essential oil. Not good bang for the buck.
