Shou sugi ban perfection
However you spell it, this worked great for removing the char off of burned wood while doing shou sugi ban. It cleaned up the wood great but definitely wear a dust mask and eye protection. It gets everywhere

Great Customer Service!
UPDATE: Before my defective brush was hardly gone, they sent me replacements. Great custoimer service! Using this on wood but gray wheel throws brushes and is worthless. The gray wheel throws its brushes every time you start it spinning in the drill. They are so loose in their base that even wrapping the base with tape does not keep them retained.

80 grit wire brush - pieces flying off
The orange and blue brushes work great. The first time I tried the 80 grit wire brush, two came flying off. I tried using without 2 of the wire brushes and it worked fine, until a 3rd one flew off. I wish there was a way to secure them, so they didn't come out. I might end up trying CA glue and see if that helps.

Seem to work well
I was a little hesitant to order these after reading some reviews that told of brushes falling out. Mine arrived quickly and so far seem to be doing fine. I would order them again.

Work great for Shou Sugi Ban!
I just finished up a Shou Sugi Ban farmhouse table for my wife, and I have to say these sanding discs performed fantastic! I used all 3 grits, but eventually just used 80 and 120 since the higher grit wheel was taking too long. This project was for an 8ft table using 4-2x10s so it was a LOT of wood to sand. I ended up buying a hammer drill so I could just set the trigger and use both hands to guide the sanding. It was allot of elbow grease and many hours of work, but it turned out amazing. I wanted a really deep grove look and feel with the natural yellow pine and decided just to add several coats polyurethane for the finish. I sanded in between the first few and final coat with the 120 grit wheel and the final coat looked like glass which was what I was shooting for. Overall these things worked great. My only caution is if you use them for a while and attempt to reverse the drill direction you will pit up the wood and possibly loose a few string/hairs in the process.

Great bits but inconsistent quality
These are wonderful and are some of the best out there.. when they are done right. I have gotten a few of these from friends and my own purchase and the biggest puff is how the quality between them is never consistent. I broke so many bristles with such little use on this last purchase.

Defective
Update: second set arrived and the exact same thing happened again! Orange is definitely defective but grey and blue seem fine. As soon as the drill was turned on, orange shrapnel flew everywhere. Also, the claim "Maintains shape, doesn't rust, doesn't shed bristles" is false. After one use the bristles are noticably bent, and obvious bristle loss

Rubbish quality
We ordered these recommended by a youtuber and had to realise the first time using them they are rubbish. First time trying to brush a piece of wood you switch on the drill and the parts (brushes) are flying off. Ridiculous EUR12 were charged for the shipping, likely to make you think twice if you return the garbage they sell...

Works very well
Using for Yakisugi, works well for that. Leaves scratches in wood but great for a rough look. Just sand with paper to fix that. Ala in all, very pleased with items. Would by again.

Seem to be well made. Time will tell. They are consistent with their colours as to their abrasiveness.
