Fountain is fantastic, but the triple layer of glaring white lights is OVERKILL.

The fountain runs great and looks great, except for the triple set of white lights. The first set in the pagoda is great, a nice touch to accent the fountain. Does it REALLY need a set in the upper and lower sections? I say no because they are glaring and detract from the calm tranquil fountain. There's no way of turning them off even in the day because they are wired direct. It would be great if someone left you the option to simply turn the ones you don't want off, but that was sorely overlooked. I'm going to just cover both glaring sets with a thick layer of pea gravel as soon as I can procure some.

Don’t waste your money

We searched high and low for a look-alike bamboo fountain we found this one to be perfect when we received it we plugged it in we realized that the water was flowing too forceful therefore we used the dial on the pump to lower it and it didn’t work we called up Amazon they said you can return it but there’s nothing we can do we can’t send you a replacement pump we decided to keep it anyway we put it outside and we noticed that the water would evaporate every day so we are filling the fountain every day and we said to ourselves somethings gotta be wrong? Meanwhile the water flow on the right was flowing a lot slower and more trickling effect than the flow on the left which was gushing out so bad that when it trickles out to the very bottom the defective part is the very last water bin it overflows and goes down out of the fountain so therefore we decided to return the whole thing and we went for an alpine fountain. Sorry this didn’t work out. The company that sold it to us is wonderful it doesn’t mean that they are bad in anyway we’ve bought quite a few items from them but it’s this particular fountain that really stinks.

MY FAVORITE PURCHASE IN A LONG TIME

Love this so much. It's probably my favorite purchase in a long time. I read the previous reviews and some people complained about the LED lights being too bright. I disagree. It's perfect and if you want to put a couple rocks in it, problem solved. Also someone wrote how they couldn't hear the trickling sound. Wrong! It's perfect. You will be very happy if you purchase this item. I'm in love!!!!

Perfect Serenity Garden Addition

Absolutely perfect and better than expected! We had been searching for a fountain for our new patio space and went through tons of different options, different websites and had so many that we liked but didn't love. We found this one, and almost immediately everyone in the house agreed it was the one! I placed the order and was shocked when it arrived quicker than we expected, brought it home and opened it up and it was so much better than we even imagined! It's extremely heavy duty and will definitely be perfect for the project once we are able to install it! (Will attach photo then) The one thing I wished it had was lights inside the tubes, but we are looking around to find some to add in there for that little touch of light! Seriously buy this! If you have been on the fence, let me tell you it's totally worth the investment and will definitely last a long time and will add that extra serenity wherever you place it!

Very nice product, birds love it.

This water fountain is light weight enough for me to carry. No way can I carry a real stone fountain. This is perfect for my Japanese Garden theme yard, this is the QN1509 Sacred Space Pagoda Illuminated Garden Fountain, 35 Inch, Faux Stone. It did leak a little from the middle section, the bowl bottom ( hope you know what i mean) but it didn't matter to me because it is in the yard but if you have a wooden deck, that might cause a problem to your deck in the long run.

Bamboo statue

I didn’t want to hurt the company by leaving a 1 star review because the motor stoped work after 2 weeks. I kept the water filled the whole time. Maybe it was just a bad motor....so now it’s just a bamboo statue...

Great Option If You Can’t Afford a Real Stone Tsukubai

Good quality & looks like real stone and bamboo. It went together easily and the pump is very quiet. Water splashes out a little and the diodes are quite bright. I piled some river rocks in the bowl to stop the splashing and cover up the light. With quartz pebbles in the middle, some light “gently” gets through. It looks so nice, I might keep it inside rather than put it on the porch.

Pricey but really nice!

Great fountain, would have given it five stars if we're not so expensive. Helpful hint, buy some colored glass pebbles to throw in the bottom of the bowls, it will help diffuse the LED lights as they are pretty bright and facing directly into your eyes. Also don't expect any assistance from the directions, they are truly useless. Messing with the wires for about five minutes is all it take to get it assembled. Great product overall.

Nice Fountain, some minor issues

This is a nice fountain but with a couple of minor drawbacks. The LED lights are the bright white type and there is no way to turn them off other than unplugging them (a small switch would have been nice). The unit is in 3 pieces so there is some trial and error on levelling the back tower and the main bowl. The wires and pump hose exit main tower from a hole in front of tower. There is also a gap between tower and bowl so it is a bit of a challenge to hide the wire and main hose but in the end you can make it work. The instructions are pretty lousy but things are simple enough to figure out. The pump sits in lower bowl and is hidden fairly well by the simulated bamboo and middle bowl. Be aware the transformer is wide and if you have an outdoor receptacle with a cover or ridge around receptacle you'll have to remove and replace the front plate/cover of the receptacle. On the upside, the unit is solid, the water flow is soothing and not overly loud and it the unit blends in with our natural rock. I think this will be easy to clean as well. I woke up this morning to find muddy racoon prints and an overturned middle bowl so the critters must think it's realistic. Overall I'm happy with this but a couple of minor engineering tweaks (like a light switch, a way to connect the tower to the main bowl and a better way to hide wires) would have earned it 5 stars.

Leaks out completely every day or so

Very poor design, and leaks out every day or so. It's a real mess of wires and tubes - all too short and difficult to work with. Very big wall wart type power connector - definitely NOT appropriate for outdoor use, so it has to be tucked inside the lighthouse. It LOOKS great and when it runs it is very nice. But at present I need to figure out why it's leaking out. All hoses are snug, so it's obviously a defect - seems to be a leak around the light inside the lighthouse.

A soothing and relaxing sound

I totally splurged on this fountain and I have no regrets. It arrived in great shape and was very easy to set up. The splashing was a tiny bit loud but I mitigated it by putting some marbles in the cups so that the echo wasn’t so loud. Perfect for my Canadian tropical island outdoor patio area.

Terrible product.

Arrived badly damaged and was poorly packed and handled during transit, judging from the state of the box. The quality of the fountain was poor for such a high priced item. Very thin material and brittle. Far too delicate and not suited for outdoor use.

Perfect

Perfect. Got this onsale and it was a steal. Doesnt spill at all, looks very nice in my dinning room. It is quite loud but i dont find the sound of running water to be a nuisance.
