Adorable Gardener at Work

This is exactly what I was hoping for. Very colorful and cheery. I put a potted plant in each cup and it looks perfect. Placed it on the ramp to my deck. It's the perfect way to say welcome.

Overall, super cute....just a bit expensive and a bit too light-weight.

I love this frog! He's pretty tall (make sure you check the measurements before you place your order to make sure it's what you want!) and has a lot of great details! It's very cute and I can't wait to have flowers spilling out of the buckets in the summer. I like that the two little pots have a removable portion so you can easily fill them with flowers. Why only four stars? I very much want to give him five stars, but he's a bit lighter than I'd expect for $50. I have him against my fence, and if a big gust goes through the panels, he'll be knocked over for sure. Also, I don't really feel like it's "worth" $50 overall. I'd pay $30-35. If the price drops, I'd say jump on it! Or, if you don't mind paying that much, go for it too, as it is a really cool yard statue. Overall, super cute....just a bit expensive and a bit too light-weight.

Hey, Froggie!

I have asked for and reviewed several Design Toscano items offered to Vine reviewers, so I had a very good idea of the quality offered. This item is actually even better-looking than the picture in the Amazon listing - which does not show the charming detail of the metal leaf stuck in his straw hat. It is charmingly detailed, a bit taller than it looks but relatively light in weight. At this point, my only indecisions are what to plant in the buckets, and where in the garden to put him.

Taller than you think and very detailed frog!

A wonderful and adorable piece for your garden or yard. Please note prior to ordering that this Frog is fairly tall! The detail is very impressive, but the item is light. Although the pictures look great, in person this guy is fantastic looking. The ability to plant two different flowers in the pails is exquisite. They are regular pots but in those pails the frog is holding. I am very happy with the attractiveness of this piece as well as the detail. It will be great in the front yard greeting the FedEx/UPS driver as they deliver more Amazon packages. LOL

Very nice, makes a great addition to your lawn art

Sturdy and larger than I thought it would be. The colors are terrific, and I love the expression on his face. It's too soon to determine if the colors will fade much after being in the sun (It's February in Michigan as I write this!) but I am confident this fella will hold up well outside. The two buckets are cool, and should catch some rainwater. I hope to see birds drinking from it come spring. This would also make a great present for someone who likes either yard or garden art. Very attractive, well made, and seems to be built to last

GREAT ADDITION TO THE LANDSCAPE

This industrious little gardener fits right into our outside terrace scheme; not so big as to be obtrusive yet large enough to appear more than a trinket. One of the buckets was broken but epoxy worked to repair it.

Attractive ornament.

This is a rather engaging garden ornament which can also be used as a planter, or you could fill his buckets with water for the birds. It is well packaged in a brown box and fully assembled. The build quality is very good with a well detailed and finished casting and is attractively painted. The finish looks to be long lasting and designed for outdoors use. It is quite tall at approximately 45cm and nicely painted with a lot of great details. Mine was supplied with two flower pots for the bucket despite the listing saying they are not included. These are removable so that you can easily fill them with flowers. It is hand-cast using crushed stone bonded with resin but is lighter than I expected so you may need to place it carefully so it doesn't get blown over in typical British weather!

Quirky Garden Ornament

Whilst this garden ornament is quite pricey at around £50, it is very well made, sturdy and robust and beautifully painted. It is quirky and original and looks great in the garden amongst the summer flowers. Although the product description says that the two flowerpots are not included, mine came complete with two removable, plastic pots, one in each of the buckets carried by the frog. A lovely gift, or a treat for your own garden. Really lovely item

Not a Frog in the Throat, More a Frog in the Garden

Great little frog gardener, carrying two buckets, into which you can fit two planted up flower pots. Made from crushed stone, bonded with resin, this little frog is ideal for a child's garden. Not suitable for wintering outside, but fine for the spring, summer and autumn months.

froggly my dear, I don't give a damn

This is not too bad. I like frog ornaments, but this isn't the nicest. I don't like how the frog is looking up so much from under his hat. It isn't the best froggy pose I've seen. Otherwise, fine. This is light and has two small pots for flowers.

Frog with buckets!

This is a good sized statue. It's about knee high in an adult. It's well decorated and looks good! The buckets can hold plants or water for birds. Looks good
