Ninja Gnome

Love the product but was disappointed that the company that sent it had placed a sticker on the front. That sticker took off some of the paint from the ninja gnome. Outside of that I have loved it. He is currently outside protecting my garden from all the evils that could attack. He protected the garden from a tornado, from animals, you name it. He is a great conversation piece since no one I know had ever seen one before. Great purchase minus the sticker peeling off part of the paint. (to add to the protection look I actually put a band-aid over the portion were the paint was taken off.

Fades Fast but Everlasting Cuteness

Honestly, I love it! It's really cute. It was just like the picture! However, although I could see past the bad paint job on it, it's really hard to ignore that it's faded to a very pale piece in less than 2 months in a partially shaded flower bed. The yellow-brown gi hardly has a beige tint now (it's almost white) and the black looks gray. My kids and I do gardening and my son especially is into Ninjas so it was his piece to place in our garden. He loves it and I don't say anything about the color but he did mention his little gnome looks lighter and asked if that's how he was when we first got him. I just said, I thought so and asked if he still likes him. We both agreed he's still super cute. I bought acrylic paints to repaint him and he should be fine. I don't regret getting him.

Needs to be sealed for better wear

Got this for my husband. He loved it. It found a home on a shelf by our front door. Out of the elements completely minus a little morning sun. But after only a few months the paint started to peel and curl and a year later needs a new paint job completely. We love the little guy, he's adorable, but word to the wise: if you plan on putting this outside as I assume is intended by the makers, I would invest in a spray sealer to help it withstand the weather. Otherwise, it wont last long as all.

graduation present for my daughter

My daughter mentioned that she wanted a ninja gnome in a black suit at Easter. As she was finally going to be graduating from college, I chose to get her one. I could not find one in black though. When she unwrapped the box and saw it, she absolutely loved it!!! it was even given a name.
