Meh. Does it’s job but not the nicest thing in the world.
To be honest, when I got this thing, I thought it was a cheap knockoff: super generic packaging, looked sus (kind of smelled sus) but then I took it out. Well it kind of felt sus as well but I checked and it was a genuine Delta part. Only complaints I have are, well, plumbing fixture colors are very vague and inconsistent, especially across brands. One brand’s satin nickel on a certain product might match the satin nickel of another one of their own products! Long story short, I can’t even remember what color I picked, but I checked my faucet and thought I bought the correct matching color (I did) but it very obviously is a different color than the hose I’m replacing. Whatever, I don’t really care, it’s not for a shower I even use. Something that does matter is that even after a month or so, the hose is still kind of ‘bent’ from being folded in the packaging, sitting in a Delta warehouse for years only to be shipped to Amazon to sit on a fulfillment center shelf for eons and then finally shipped to me, the consumer. Products like these should be ROLLED. Do I think the hose will straighten out with use or gravity over time? I have no idea but it’s not ideal.

Very flexible.
Was looking for a longer hose that was white - didn't want the metal color. This is was the best white hose I could find. It works fine and looks good even though it does have a bit of metallic "trim" for decoration. Very flexible.

Very Good Product
Have always complained about the short hoses on Delta shower heads, so when the current one wore out we bought this as a replacement. In reviews it was mentioned it never straightened out..we have not had this problem. The hose lays long & straight, no curls in it. It is EXCELLENT for finally being able to reach lower legs & feet, as well as one's back. Easily replaced on the Delta fittings. Very pleased with this product.

Not what I was expecting -- plastic hose with decorative chrome
Not happy with this at all. Price, picture, and description suggests that this is a typical metal-jacketed shower hose: metal coil over flexible rubber tubing. It isn't. Instead I got a stiff -- UltraFlex: a truly ironic moniker -- piece of plastic tubing, with tacky looking chrome inlay. A product image against anything but a white background this would make this discrepancy in construction quite obvious. Hmm... Worse, I paid $20 -- twice what my current hose would cost at Walmart, or from amazon. I spent a bit more because I thought a Delta product might last a bit longer and have better materials and QC. Guess not. The only thing is can say in favor of this hose: the end connectors are solid, sturdy, and well finished, made of actual stainless steel. Going by previous reviews, there are clearly some people who are perfectly happy with this hose. But my main beef is that this is deceptive advertising trading on brand trust to move an inferior product for an inflated price. For that, 1 star. P.S. Amazon, as per their reputation, was great about this. Process was painless, and return shipping was free. Great customer service.

Go buy something else
Clear plastic hose with silver paint on every other spiral. Hose is extremely stiff. Expect it would take a long time before it would hang flat in the shower and wouldn't expect it to hold up. I promptly returned mine and bought a metal hose for about the same price.

A must purchase if a caregiver is involved
This shower hose is commercial quality and is 7 feet long, 2 feet more than the typical cheap hoses that come with a shower head. It is worth it to purchase separately. I use this in my business when installing a barrier free shower or a walk in tub, as it holds up to constant use.

Way too stiff
I bought this hose for extra length to replace the one that came with my showerhead. It's rediculously stiff and I don't see how anyone could actually use it without fighting it constantly. Returned it.
