If you are looking for the most out of your shower experience, Delta is the way to go!

When it comes to a shower valve and diverter combo Delta is the way to go. I have always been a Moen guy. But when it comes to this setup, Delta cannot be beat!

Great value- 2 years later and its still awesome

Would not change a thing after 2 years- Its only a trim kit, has a 3 function diverter to control 2 water outlets- in my case a handheld and a shower head and the 3rd position lets water flow to both outlets. You will need to purchase a multi function delta valve and the two outlet options you want to drive, in my case a handheld water spray and a rainhead. Purchasing this way gives you flexibility in the options you pair, in my case I wanted a multi function handheld which I could not find in the packages they sell. Also pricing separately beat the pricing on comparable packages, I estimate I saved between $500 and $1000 I paired with a Delta Rainhead and a delta 2 function handheld which also has a trickle setting that allows the water to warm up and stay warm while using the shower head

Looks nice, and quality I just dont get what costs so much

I mean, I bought it, I like it, it looks nice and it feels quality. I just dont know what in the world costs so much. its 3 pieces of black metal. If I can get an explanation on what costs over $300 for 3 little pieces of metal, ill change to 5 stars.

We only buy Delta

We only install Delta products, easy install, good product, looks great. This one matches one of our bathroom perfect. Cannot comment on temperature control, we won’t be using this. I do not expect any less then perfect from Delta and purchase their products for our personal home also.

Leaks after one month

After one month, the shower began leaking nonstop. I have already replaced the spring and seats, but that did nothing to stop the annoying drip. I figured that spending an absurd amount of money on a Delta product would mean that I would receive quality parts, but it really means I get to spend countless hours on hold waiting for someone at customer support to answer. I was able to reach someone, but after an hour of time on the phone, and one week of waiting for a replacement part to arrive, I found that they had shipped out the wrong replacement part. So here I am again on the phone waiting for customer support, with an "estimated wait time of one hour and four minutes". Delta is not what it used to be. It is no longer the quality name it claims to be. For those with the same annoying drip, the faulty part is RP46074. You will see plenty of similar reviews for it on their website.

3 Function but actual cartridge is 2 individual and then both shared not 3 SEPARATE

If you want 3 NON-SHARED features to work on this diverter trim YOU NEED TO ORDER AN ADDITIONAL CARTRIDGE RP71718 (roughly $100CDN). The cartridge that comes with this diverter trim will give you 2 separate and then shared, so you can have the showerhead working, the handheld working or the showerhead and handheld both working. It will not work if you have a tub spout. Solid piece and the matte black looks great but definitely read the fine print - 3 function diverter is misleading.
