Disappointing
I ordered two of these and like the looks of the dispensing part that shows above the counter. The soap container is a nightmare! It is too small, but what makes it really horrible is the small opening. Dish soap filled okay, but hand soap is thicker and it took over an hour to get this small bottle filled with a funnel. We use hand soap a LOT at the kitchen sink, and this will be an ongoing nightmare. The only reason I'm keeping them is because they look nice on the counter and the holes were drilled before realizing what a pain it is to fill with hand soap. They are way too expensive to be such an inconvenience!!!

Great Soap Dispenser - We have two of them
This is great soap dispenser - it looks great next to our Delta Faucets in the Arctic Stainless finishes. We have had the original one for about 4 years now on our kitchen sink. We recently replaced a our bar sink faucet so we took the opportunity to add this soap dispenser. Now we have two! The original one looks the same as on day 1, the finish has held up great. This Delta dispenser is very easy to install. There is a plastic bottle that screws in below the dispenser but to add more soap you just pull out the dispenser and add soap in through the top. It is very convenient. Highly Recommend!

I really like that it is easy to slide up/out the top part and then pour in more soap from the top. But it is hard to see the soap level and very easy to overfill and make a big mess. Two people are needed, one to hold a flashlight and the other to slowly pour in the soap, stopping as soon as the soap level comes into view. When dispense soap, I often end up accidentally having the sponge touch/tap the underside of the dispenser where the soap comes out, and there are some grooves in that spot where the soap comes out so soap collects and get goopy there. I wash it several times per week, but worry that over time the finish may (uncertain) get tarnished if the goopy soap sits on the finish.

I guess I am between 3 and 4 stars on this. True it is plastic but it is really easy to install and put together and looks great with the Leland faucet that we also bought from Amazon. It gives just the right amount of soap for the sponge or to wash hands with out having a mess in the sink to clean up. Some people complained it is hard to press - but not for us - maybe the soap you use makes a different? I guess if it wears out soon I'll downgrade it - but for now I am pretty happy. And it should be noted that the box says the dispenser comes with a lifetime warranty - so as long as you are staying in the house delta is promising you that you will have a soap dispenser!

Easy fix
After 11 years, our old one gave up the ghost. Since it’s a granite countertop, I needed an exact replica. From original house specs, found it on Amazon, delivered quickly and my spouse replaced the old with the new in 10 minutes. Matches original faucet and spray exactly. Saved ourselves cost of plumber.
