Nice design, finish & construction BUT... couple of minor issue.

The media could not be loaded. Really liked the design of this faucet, movable goose neck is just what we were looking for in our smallish bath sinks. Materials and craftsmanship all seem solid. Most parts are metal. Only plastic seems to be lower half of included drain assembly. I have two relatively minor issues with this faucet but worth mention for your information. 1) The include drain needs to have a bead of silicone caulk placed around the underside where it meets the sink to make the seal. Relying solely on caulk to make the seal and prevent leaks at that critical joint seems rather risky. I’d much rather have seen a gasket of some kind included for this with the caulk added for additional protection. 2) The second issue is the valves seem to have very little range of control as some have noted. See included video for better understanding. The faucet handles have a turning range of 90 degrees . But the water flow only operates during the last 45 degrees of motion. You have to turn the handles 45 degrees before any water starts to flow and the last 45 degrees to go full on. It makes it a little difficult to get fine adjustment between full off and full on. Some folks might like this, but I find it somewhat annoying. I haven’t taken the handles off yet to see if there are any adjustments available on the actual valves to adjust this. Also, note that I installed 2 of these faucets and they both exhibit the same behavior. If it’s a defect than they are both defective.

Very pleased with this faucet.

Installed for my wife, who only washes her hair in the sink she is very pleased with the spout style. The unit is very good quality for the price. Still inside of 90 days of use.

Nice classic look with a rotating faucet

I bought this to replace a faucet set that I loved. For some reason the old set began to discolor and look bad. I bought it with reservations because of my love for the old set. Almost as soon as my husband installed it, I fell in love all over again. It looks nice. My husband said it was no problem to install. It polishes nice and shiny. Also, I've never had a faucet in the bathroom that rotates. That's sort of a cool feature when you're cleaning the sink. Yep, I'd buy it again.

Good value, not great quality

Overall this faucet looks nice, it was easy to install. It was cheaper to repalce the entire faucet than replacing the cartridge within the hot/cold handle on my old one which was leaking slowly. It's cheaply made the hot water handle is a little loose, there is no way to tighten it (many faucet handles have a small hole for an allen wrench to tighten) or remove to replace the internal cartridge. We'll see how long this lasts, i don't expect to get 3yrs out of this. My old one lasted 7yrs.

Great replacement for a pedestal sink!

I have a PITA three hole pedestal sink, which I removed from the wall and pedestal to install this. This also allowed me to clean all sides of the sink and pedestal. I'm not handy with tools. Once I got the stripped and corroded old faucet removed, which required a hacksaw and cursing, this was easy to install. I needed a screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. I pushed it all the way forward so the popup rod could descend through the center hole. I used plumber's putty to seal the drain. I used channel lock pliers to tighten the bottom sink nut. I had to remount and recaulk the sink. I had to redo the sink's attachment to the wall, which was a hassle, but nothing to do with this faucet. The faucet worked flawlessly when I turned on the water, and there was not one tiny little drip anywhere. The swiveling spout makes it easy to fill a bucket in the sink, for example, and is a really nice feature. This chrome fixture looks nice. Very happy.

Had to replace one just like it that failed after 4 years, so...

I had the identical faucet installed in 2016. I LOVE the high swivel neck design and there are very few such faucets on the market. But after 4 years the neck of the faucet sprung leaks - I think there was a long crack. I replaced it with Moen's very similar faucet. I hoped for better longevity than 4 years. But with the Moen I barely got 4 days!!! The cold side started suddenly to run continuously. This is after I had paid a handyman to install it!! I went several months with only hot water before I had a plumber install Peerless #2. Both the Peerless and Moen were BIg Box store versions. TO ALL: WHEN AT ALL POSSIBLE NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY PLUMBING FIXTURES FROM BIG BOXES!!! Go through Ferguson's or whatever plumbing supply stores are in your area. I had bought a Moen tub spout from Home Depot, the same style of which was selling for somewhat more at Ferguson's, only to be warned by my plumber. The innards on the big box version were cheap, plastic, awful. Completely different from the supposedly same faucet from Ferguson's. I sent it back and got the Ferguson's version. Now I'm sure there are some items which are the same from plumbing supply to big box, but why take a chance if you don't have to. You'll save money in the long run. BUT the problem... There are NO swivel gooseneck bathroom sink faucets like this one sold through plumbing supply stores. I searched 4 years ago and again now. They do not exist. And in the end I decided function from day to day out-weighed the knowledge that sooner rather than later this faucet is probably going to go gaflooey!! I'm willing to accept having to replace it in 4 years for all it has to offer...

Install

Looks beautiful and works great. Plumber had to make some pipe adjustments to install. Now it's perfect!
