Works great

Just install it with heavy duty butterfly screws. It makes for a better solid installation.

the bolts, washers and attaching wrench were missing. this was the second one ordered. first one was good all parts there..

Accurate Wall Stud Location is Needed

This grab bar uses only 2 moderately large lag bolts for mounting to the wall. Therefore, you must accurately locate the center of the wall studs. If the bolts are off center by ~3/4" the bolts may crack wooden wall studs or fail to have the rated strength.

Quality piece which looks elegant

Nicely made with a quality finish and appearance. The angled bar is better to use than a straight one. Installation is with a single bolt which may be easier than drilling multiple holes for other types of mounting. With the right drill bit and a slow steady drilling hand ( don’t drill on a high speed!) the mounting will be straightforward.

It was harder to install than a straight bar

I thought it was hard to install because they sent the wrong instructions. The instructions they sent was for a different grab bar. I like it and would buy it again only because I know how to install. Not as easy to install as a straight bar and cost more, but it was just what i wanted.

Not as pictured

The item appears to be a round grab bar, when in fact the ones I got are kidney shaped. I kept it because I like the design over the round ones I expected to get. I would have given 5 stars but it was a different style than what's presented. Secure and works great.

Sturdy; good looking

We bought both the angled and the straight grab bars ( both 16") for our remodel (from tub/shower to shower only). We had them installed. These are great looking, sturdy and just the right size for a good grip. Some I looked at in the stores seemed too big around. We bought the brushed nickel, so they match our faucets, etc. perfectly.

Excellent Product

We had planned to install this handle so the required braces were in the shower wall and install went smoothly. Delta has added a concave 'ridge' on the outside of the rail and we find that improves our grip. The fit and quality of material is excellent. Great value.

Right product. Wrong instructions.

When installed the bar looks good and works perfectly but the instructions to mount this bar were for a completely different mounting system. It was relatively easy to figure out but for someone who was not handy, this would be a nightmare.

Sturdy bars easy to install, look good

Terrific bars but the mounting screws do not tighten down onto bar itself, only to the bracket. So they are loose and rattle around in the bracket slightly. They will not, however, fall off. Just a bit of a disappointment
