Clean modern look

Looks great with the rest of the series. Only issue I had from Amazon was the "like new" item I purchased from the return section was missing screws. They gave me a credit so I could order the screws so all is well. I love this series and it looks great with all my other black hardware.

Can only get acceptable fit for non-flat walls

The wall where my towels go isn't flat, it bulges out a little bit. There's no easy way to adjust for this with this double towel bar meaning the fit isn't great, especially on the outer towel bar, but fortunately that's usually covered by the towels. The gap for the inner towel bar is a couple mm, but the outer one is very noticeable. On top of this, the upright for the inner towel bar is attached with a very visible screw head. Instead this should be attached with either a small, inset screw that is less-visible or a screw through the bottom that can't be seen (hopefully also inset).

Nice Quality and Looks

This is a very handsome towel rack. You need to be careful that it doesn't get placed behind a door because it sticks out quite a bit and may keep the door from opening completely. Unfortunately, my contractor put it behind a door. Perhaps, if he hadn't put the toilet paper holder where the towel rack should be he might have got it right. The quality and design seems as nice as the $400+ racks I saw in kitchen and bath showrooms. No need to spend that much.

Beautiful and Easy to install Towel Bar!!!

This towel bar looks great and sophisticated. Love the polished chrome and the double bar makes it ideal for functionality. I would definitely recommend buying it.

Poor quality.

I was disappointed with this double towel bar. . Cheap quality. I expected more from Delta. What I received was obviously a returned purchase. The plastic wrappings inside the box were ripped open and one of the bars was loose in the box. One of the set screws was also loose in the box. Bars are flimsy. If you pulled on the bar it would pull the whole thing off the wall. I would have returned it, but I liked the style. Will keep it until I find something better.

Love it

Like it a lot. Got the chrome. Came with stencil for easy measuring which made it so much easier to install. Con: One of the bars spins around (not intentional because it makes it sound flimsy and loose) but a little clear glue in the groove is an easy fix. Would recommend.

Not great

For the money ($120) we are pretty disappointed, first, I had to shim the mounting plate out a touch so the set screw on the bracket would actually bite. Next, I found the bars were rattly and spun. I wound up using a little black tape to fix that issue. Took me way too long to install. As someone else wrote, we would have returned it, but we like the style and there wasn't anything readily available.

Just what we were looking for to hold several towels. The Venetian bronze is a great finish.
