Careful opening! Set screws may be loose.

The rod itself looks sharp. It's no easier or harder to install than any other towel rod. What baffles me is that all the hardware was securely packaged in a plastic baggy EXCEPT the tiniest and most crucial (i.e. difficult to replace) pieces: the set screws. I assume they ship screwed in place, but they don't stay there Out of the 7 Trinsic products we ordered with a total of 10 set screws, I'd say 7 of the screws we rattling around loose in the packaging (I spent some time crawling around the floor after they fell out), and one was permanently stuck inside the toilet paper holder (have requested a replacement from Delta). They're very easy to lose if you aren't paying attention while opening. So beware, and all should be fine. Otherwise, no complaints.

Oddly made in three pieces

I bought this to match the rest of our bathroom fixtures as it's a simple, clean, and modern chrome hand towel bar. It's also a little thinner than others out there, as the center bar is about 5/8", while it's more common to see this style of bar 3/4" or fatter. This makes it look a little sleeker and more modern. This bar, however, comes in three pieces--the two wall brackets and the bar in the middle. That makes sense for many other styles of towel bar, because the brackets have a finial or some sort of decorative motif that hides the seam. In this case however, because this is just a single rod that's attached to two other rods, the seam is very clearly visible at both brackets. The rod will also spin within the brackets if you don't hand it perfectly tight to the brackets, lending a cheap feel to the whole fixture. There are a couple of reasons Delta would design it this way. First, it's easier to manufacture the whole thing in pieces, rather than a single bar. Second, it allows the pieces to be interchangeable with other sizes and styles. If you're detail-oriented, I'd go with something else. I'll use the JQK chrome towel bar (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0854BXH7N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which also happens to cheaper ($15 at the time of this review).

Good color and durability

Simple installation (as expected for a towel bar) with durable/sturdy feel to the mount. Installed >1 year ago. Finish is durable. Genuine Delta product matches a couple others bought at the local big-box store.

Delta Trinsic… love it !

I have bought all the various products of this line for more than one bathroom. From towel bars to fancy tub fillers- never disappointed! Highly recommend this line.

24" Chrome Bath Towel Rod

This is a very nice chrome plated Bath Towel Rod, made of cast metal and was easy to install. I used a electronic stud finder to find thick wood and used the included hardware to install the holder, it even comes with an allen wrench to tighten the towel rod firmly onto its two brackets. Cast metal construction that is Chrome plated and looks nice. I bought a set of three (towel holder, bath robe hook and Toilet Paper holder) all of this brand and line and it really helped the looks of the bathroom and all used similar installation, easy to do.

Exactly what we needed.

The towel bar is just what we are looking for. Solid, shinny and good quality. We have been looking for towel bar that meet our needs: Solid, modern looking, reasonable price range. It made with solid metal all around, none of the parts are plastic which is great !! I would imagine this will last a long time, unless we use it for pull up bar. :D

I had been looking for an attractive modern towel rail that would take 2 folded bath towels easy without them being crunched up and these are exactly what I wanted. 24inch are just too short and not many do the whole range for the bathroom with a 30inch towel rail.I love this product it's sleek and modern. I also got 12 inch for hand towel and the toilet roll holder to mach.

This is a GREAT towel bar. Great quality in fit, finish and function. The finish looks fantastic and the color is true to the product listing images. I would highly recommend this product.
