This unit looks great and we like that it serves as both a shelf and a towel rack however it took a little extra work to make the two sections fit together with a solid fit. Basically where the towel rack inserts into the main section it was not a tight fit so at first it looked nice but with the rack easily rattling it felt cheap. The solution for us was to add some tape around the two towel rack post before inserting them into the main upper section to create a tight fit between the two sections. We also wound up adding a dab of glue to where the shelf's railing post insert into the unit to keep the railing from moving when you touch it. End result is that it looks great and feels like an expensive item, just be prepared to put an extra 10 minutes of work into it. If not for those two adjustments we would be giving it 5 stars.

I used the shelf for my new bathroom. Looks perfect I have several objects on it and feel it is very secure and not going to fall off or down.

Great shelf for small area

We needed a shelf for our small half bath that we just redid. I loved this when I first saw it. We had to have a shelf that was less then 20 inches and I wanted a shelf with a towel rack for the hand towels. It is more polished chrome than polished nickel but I don't care as it looks great. I have the Luxe Mosaic Mirror hanging next to it and it is so lovely. It comes with a temp-plate for drilling and all the hardware.

Was missing set screws

Overall product is great. When I called the manufacturer they sent me replacement set screws but they didn’t fit. I ended up needing metric ones not US ones so I spent $1.86 to buy both types to make sure one worked. Would have been easier if I had bought at a box store with this problem.

Great shelf

The product is as described, easy to install, and looks very nice. The towel bar is slightly loose in each end of the socket where it fits in so I put one wrap of electrical tape around the insert end of the towel bar so that it has a firm feel. You may have to trim half the width of the electrical tape as to hide it from view.

Gorgeous piece of chic glass shelf.

This is the most gorgeous piece of glass shelf I have ever seen in my whole life. It brought a touch of classy chic to my bathroom. Ample, spacious, robust design. The tube where you put the towel is made of plastic but it suits it well because you don't want metal where you the humid towels will be placed.

Beautiful product and exactly what I needed. The seller was wonderful too as a part was missing and I didn't discover it for a couple of months (slow contractor) and they promptly fixed me up, even though they didn't technically have to. Very sturdy shelf and towel bar. I got several pieces of this collection and they are all good quality.

This is a nice shelf but rather small in depth

This is a nice shelf but rather small in depth. i expected it to be 18" but thought I could put something wider on it. However, because it is glass with polish nickel it makes a nice look on my bathroom wall with a bath towel.
