Good suitcases for the money

Thus far, they have held up well. My 12 year old son took the large and the small one to a weekend camp and then my 15 year old daughter took the large one and the medium one to a 12 day camp. The 12 year old did scuff the large one up a bit but the suitcases themselves seem well made and able to take a little abuse. Happy thus far with them.

Luggage is great after 2 trips no problems

Luggage is great after 2 trips no problems. However the locks on this luggage doesn't have the key hole for TSA to have access if necessary. I had to purchase TSA approved locks.

Cute but very cheaply made!!!

The only reason why I give these suitcases 2 stars is because they came a day earlier, and because from afar they do look cute. But they are WAY TOO FLIMSY! I honestly feel like they will maybe only last 1 travel. They came super scratched and dirty. Now I understand why people say you get what you pay for. Very disappointed!

Good, sturdy and inexpensive luggage

I am surprised on the negative reviews here - I have a set of three and we have taken them on multiple trips including numerous airports and they have held up great. No problem with handles or wheels, just some rubbing of the chrome-colored plastic. For the price I paid I am very pleased with the use we have gotten and continue to get out of this set.

BROKE DURING FIRST USE- COMPLETE GARBAGE

Based on the price, I did not expect this luggage would last forever, but I did expect it to make it to the airport on my first trip. The handle broke off the medium suitcase on the way to the airport the very first day I used it (less than 2 hours out of the box). Beware of the short (30-day) return policy. By the time I got back from my trip, the period had ended and I am now stuck with a useless bag.

Product is terrible. Handle broke on one of the suitcases the first time it was used. Inside zipped liner tore in two of the suitcases where zippers were sowed to material. Worst product I’ve ever seen. Want a refund

JUNK LUGGAGE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

BUYER BEWARE !!!!! We purchased a 3 piece set of this luggage. It is absolutely JUNK. The worst part is the do not roll at all when you push it. We used only 1 time and hated them. After several attempts to talk with them I finally got a rep that was pitiful. I even tried to overlook the internal flaws and only requested new wheels. Was told after several calls and the lady refusing to let me talk to anyone but her she refused to help at all. The only option was to return all 3 pieces which would cost me more than I paid for it in the store. They would not help with the return shipping and refused to assist at all unless I shipped them back to her. Like I told her I could spend another $200 to ship them back only to get back luggage with the same problem. If you purchase be prepared to carry this luggage thru the airport. Very RUDE and unsympathetic at all. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

POORLY MADE - FLIMSY HANDLE - BUYER BEWARE

So disappointed in this product. It is hard to explain, but I will try my best. I love the overall design and look of the suitcase. HOWEVER, The handles were poorly designed. I love the COLOR. However, the handle is so flimsy. It literally broke, first use, on the airport. I was so embarrassed. The handle is made poorly. One side of the handle came complete out of the sockets and prevented the handle from going back down. I hand to empty my entire suitcase in front of everyone on the airport, just to gain access to the inner ports to manually put the handle down. When I reached my destination and inspected the suitcase, I noticed that the screws which holds one part of the handle together, was lose. I got my allen keys and tried to fix it myself. Now, the issue is that, the screws go down into the holes, which allows the handle to come off completely, because it is not secured enough. The button on top of the handles which is suppose to release the handle down, only works correctly on one side, rendering the entire handle useless. I will update with pics soon to show what I am trying to explain.
