Not black
I was specifically looking for wall art that is black but this one is a dark grey…I am debating if I should return it.

Long time to install
The instructions called for 5 wall anchors. This is a small item, and even with pictures, it would not be very heavy. I had very little experience when I hung this, however, so I took a huge amount of time (because I have no drill) to install the anchors then the screws. If I could do it over, I’d skip that step. Love the piece though! It’s a little smaller than I thought, so check the dimensions before ordering!

Well Made
As others have stated, it is not black - more of a dark gray. The template works very well. Use a 1/4 inch drill bit for the drywall anchors provided. The mounting instructions say "insert screws into plugs leaving a 0.2 inch space". I get what they are trying to say, but it wasn't written by a native english speaker. Otherwise no complaints. We were going to put many of our collected refrigerator magnets on this map, but turns out to be a little small for that - the Italy magnet covered all of Europe..... So we are getting creative with the magnets that came with it.

sturdy materials, no Hawaii piece in set
It took me a while to find this wall metal world map in black even with magnet indicators option. I was very happy after hours of research. I did not want to put a world map wall sticker on the wall, it doesn't last long, also doesn't really good. I was slightly disappointed to see the actual size is a bit smaller than I anticipated, but I was/am happy with sturdy material and overall quality of this product. One thing, I am very sad about is this map does not have Hawaii islands pieces. I live in Hawaii. (I know there is no Hawaii pieces in product pictures, but it is a world map, I expected to see Hawaii island pieces). For the most of people wouldn't mind or don't even notice this doesn't have Hawaii islands, I am sad since I live in Hawaii.

Fun map.
Great non picture addition to your walls. This is not as large as the product picture implies. It is not a whole wall display if you are looking for that. It comes with large screws and dry wall fasteners. I did not want all those large holes in my wall, so I used my own nails. Each piece has 1-2 nail/screw spots, plus some sticky tabs. It is a bit heavy so I do not think the sticky tabs would hold alone. Color is graphite gray.

Cute but a little on the small side
Arrived with a few smudges that we were not able to remove. Luckily you can only see them if you’re looking for them or are up close. I like it overall, but wish it was a little bigger.

Well-made, with some caveats
The product itself is well made. It is made out of metal, or at least coated in metal, and feel premium. An important note: the color of the map is gray, rather than black like the product pictures make it appear. This was not an issue for me, but if you're attempting to color-coordinate, be aware of this. Putting up the product wasn't the easiest experience, as the plastic protecting the adhesives were difficult to remove. The included paper map template was helpful in arranging the parts of the map, but for exact placement, another pair of hands are needed. Unfortunately, the adhesives were not the strongest, as the Eurasia section of the map fell off my concrete dorm wall after only a week. Similarly, after a month, it doesn't seem like the North America section is holding up well and is slanting on the wall.
