Sad product performance AND…
No follow up from the seller after reaching out to make them aware (as I’m sure they are in their disappearance after the sale). First it does not look hammered, but looks like it has a little light impressions of dots that are consistently uniform all over, rather than a true hammered look in appearance. But worst of all, it doesn’t even stick to any surface after I tried it on glass, melamine, wood, marble, and tile. The glue dries fast after backing is removed. I’ve had much better luck with what I thought would be inferior products that ended up being superior. Competition may be less expensive but certainly superior to this inferior product and inferior support (as of this date to be no support). Such a waste! Don’t bother with the headache. Look at alternatives, safe money, and end up with a finished project far better in being easier, more durable, stickier, and costing less in the end with support that can’t be any worse than none as Ive seen here. Too bad. Even with more glue, the texture still is to much of a printed circular parttern as I tried to show in the picture, which gives you an idea of how incredibly light the imprint is as well making it hard to see. A dried up poor impression of hammered copper that has no use in my home now.

I was slow and methodical when applying the film on a very clean and dust free dishwasher front surface. You will need another person to hold and help remove the backing while you smooth and remove the air bubbles from the applied film. I used an appropriate flexible plastic smoothing tool, and with all of this I still had a bunch of very small bubbles. I was perplexed, but decided to wait a day before re-assembling my dishwasher front. I'm not sure how or why, but surprisinly, the next day the small bubbles had disappeared on their own. Converting my dishwasher from white to "stainless steel" turned out better than my expectations.

Great product!!!
OMG....after trying so many different shiny metallic looking gold foils, I stumbled on this. Ordered it. Took awhile to get here from some place in Europe but boy, it was worth the wait. Cut 2" strips and "papered" my ceiling vault walls....stuck well, wasn't too flimsy or filmy, more like Contact paper. It was pretty easy to reposition. It has been stuck for a year with no shrink, bubbles, or peeling even in the heat and humidity. It has not changed color nor corroded in any way. This is AWESOME!! (I tried a number of other things previously, they ALL failed). Score for this manufacturer...oh and also, the gold color was GOLD, not brassy. Can't say enough positive things!!

Quality product, difficult to apply
Very impressed with the look and feel of the film. However, applying a large piece (17" x 27") took 2 hrs. because of difficulty of getting all the bubbles out. I was using a 5" silicone spreader, but still a nightmare. If you're going to use this material, get a pattern, so the bubbles won't show as much.

silver screen
The metallic brushed silver film looked more grey than silver. It is quite thin and will show any imperfections in the underlying surface. It was easy to apply and worked well for my project.

An inexpensive product that will transform your counters.
This product was very easy to work with and you can't tell it's contact paper on the counter.

I bought more!
I bought to use on the inside of a lampshade a made. I bought more in rose gold to cover some selves which are damaged. Really easy to use. The gold isn't too yellow (if that makes sense!), it's a balanced gold colour.

Because it's rolled up so tight, the ends are creased and unusable for that reason.

THE ADHESIVE IS USELESS
The finish looks good but the adhesive is not fit for purpose. The vinyl was applied by a professional decorator and within hours it came unstuck. Don't even bother applying using the standard adhesive on the vinyl, go straight for using a serious and strong extra adhesive.
