Great little appliance, excellent for Grilling ... BUT doesn't have on/off switch
I just began using this little appliance and absolutely love it! The first thing I made was a grilled cheese sandwich, which came out perfect - melted cheese on the inside and toasted bread on the outside. Yummy! Per the instructions, I used nonstick cooking spray on both surfaces, which made cleanup a breeze. My second venture was egg bites, which came out fantastic. As other folks have mentioned, the cups are TINY. However, the egg bites are packed with protein and a little goes a long way. I used 3 eggs and added tomatoes, fresh herbs and grated cheese. The end result was 12 little egg bites that I'm storing in the fridge. Per the instructions, fill up each cup about 75% since the eggs will expand as they cook. Similarly, Dash recommends spraying the silicone cups with some cooking spray, which makes them pop out with zero effort. Cleanup for the egg bite function is also fast and easy. The appliance is small, cute and easy to use. It's perfect for feeding 1-2 people. If you need a higher capacity device, Dash makes a larger model that may be better suited for your needs. The only reason why I"m deducting a star is the lack of an on/off switch. Why they didn't include one boggles the mind. Suggestion: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS to make sure you're using it properly for each application.

TINY little cups, but you can make egg bites to rival Starbucks
I am a Starbucks egg bites lover, and I've never been able to duplicate the soft, creamy recipe at home using my Instant Pot or oven. I wanted to give this product a try since supposedly "sous vide" is what gives that texture! Overall, this product is great. It comes with some recipes, but I found I had to tweak them a little to get the consistency and taste I was looking for, but I think I got it! I can now make them to taste almost identical to Starbucks, with that same consistency (tips at the end of this review if that's what you're looking for too). It comes with a larger silicone cup and 4 minis. The minis are SMALL...much smaller than I expected. Because of that, if you are using 4 eggs like their recipes call for, you will be making quite a few batches. But no big deal. There is no on/off switch on this. You plug it in, and it's on. The one thing I wish it had was an easier way to take the hot silicone cups out when they are finished. I don't want to leave them on the cooker while it cools off, as it will just make the eggs cook more, so I needed to pinch the tiny handles to pick them up. It's hot! Other than that, I really like this little machine. I used cooking spray in the cups as suggested, and the egg bites fell right out with ease. So far I have not used it for anything besides egg bites, but the instruction manual that comes with it gives other suggestions, like cheesecake. They would be TINY Cheesecake bites if you use the small cups! If you are looking for the consistency and taste of Starbucks egg bites, here's what I did to get it: - I TRIPLED the amount of cottage cheese suggested in their recipe book. - I didn't cook them as long as suggested. I pre-heated the machine and maybe cooked them for 5-6 minutes, instead of 10 minutes. (The machine directions say that if you pre-heat, it cuts down on your cooking time, but it doesn't say by how much, so it's a guessing game of trial and error) Overall, a great little machine that is small enough that it doesn't take up much room in my already cramped kitchen and allows me to save money by not going to Starbucks as often!

Delivers tasty little egg bites!
It’s the smaller version with 4 normal size egg-bite cups and 1 large egg-sandwich size cup. I added a few spinach leaves and grated cheese to the 2-egg max size for the 4 cups and it fit perfectly - no overflow. I found these more moist and less dense than the vacuum packed bites purchased elsewhere. The plate really gets hot though - my error for grabbing it near the top lid the 1st time operating it. I won’t do THAT again, but worth the taste & will cook these for lunch and dinner too!

Nice little egg bite maker
This is an awesome little egg bite maker.. not good for large numbers of people though as you do have to let it cool off after using it a few times but I am amazed I can’t wait to bring it on trips Just make up your scrambled eggs pour them into the little silicone cups or choose the large one for breakfast sandwiches and add whatever else you want like cheese and bacon .. add a bit of water to the tray close it up and in less than 10 minutes you have perfect eggs.. no need to flip things and no burned eggs (unless you keep it in too long ) .. just don’t over fill the cups as the eggs do rise a bit Super good I would definitely recommend it

Damaged and very badly packed
This product was very badly packed and had obviously been thrown around in transit, rattling around inside a much bigger box. This had ended up with the machine having 3 major splits to the lid. It would be unsafe to use.

Big hit at my party
This little machine is well worth the money [ although it was quite affordable }. I made one bite omelettes, petite pancakes, for the omelettes to sit on, tiny brownies even lovely little tarlettes. It was convenient, quick ank kept the mess to a minimal. Big hit,looks professionally made, all same size, raze of the party

Nice choice
Really excited to have this one. It has 4 small silicone forms (capacity of 2 large eggs + 2tbsp of eggs' whites), and 1 big silicone form perfect size for sandwich buns (same, capacity of 2 large eggs). Easily you can add cheese, meat, veggies. When I saw reviews, I thought that small silicone forms are bigger, but in real they quite small. I usually preheat the appliance for 2 mins, then add water and then put forms on it for ~12mins. And voila, enjoy health breakfast, snack or add-on.
