Mixed review. It fits stadium seat

It fits stadium or bleacher seating well without bumping into seat mate neighbor. It will also keep the seat-neighbor from encroaching into your seat space so that might be worth it for that lol. Most seats like this are too big. It’s also very lightweight and convenient to carry. It doesn’t fold up for carrying beyond just once (in half) so it’s wide when carrying. It provides enough seat padding, but it’s important to sit in it exactly right to have any back support. For the other qualities it has, it might be expecting too much to have good back support too, but this seat is only so-so for back support. It’s so-so, but not very sturdy. The back isn’t high enough and the design itself limits how much support it can provide because only the side straps and your weight (by sitting all the way back as far as you can go) holds up the back. So if you jump up to stand, you’ll have to re-adjust it somewhat when you sit back down. Probably not conducive if you plan to jump up to cheer very often. This wouldn’t be useful for the floor or for outside as It’s not supportive enough in the back for that because it requires your weight fully in the seat such as it would be in a stadium seating.

Very compact, easy storage

I got these seats for my nieces college softball games. They are so much better for traveling than lounge chairs. Provide much more room in your car for coolers, snack bags & anything else you might be taking along. Very durable. The only complaint I would have is on instructions. It took me and a few family members to figure out how to set it up; but once it was done, it was great!

easy to use, but no way to attach to stands,. Not a problem , really. Price is good. Looking at foldable style ( from Academy)

Meets safety requirements for stringent stadiums

We purchased this for CU Boulder games and it was permitted. They have a lot of requirements...not just size....No pockets, etc.

Actually worked out!

I loved using this! I was in a very long line and used this to sit on the sidewalk. If I sat with my legs crisscrossed, I was able to lean back and have it completely support my weight. Even if that didn't work, it was still much more comfortable than sitting on the sidewalk for a couple hours. And then it was very lightweight for carrying on the strap! I didn't really care about the color, but for those who want to know, it doesn't look like the purple in the image, but is true to the description of being in blue.

I luv these portable chairs . Great for festivals. Tolls up like a blanket

So easy to roll up for a bike ride to the beach. . Great for music festivals and picnics. Comfortable back support I have bought theses before and gave them away to friends who lived them. Bought more for myself

Better than nothing but not much more...

When you are stuck in the stands for 8 hours a day, it helps but it doesn't have a lot of padding and the back support is minimal. For the price, it did it's job. If you want better, then pay for more.

Not very much padding kind of got to take your time on figuring out how long you want the straps to be while sitting mind seems to go back quite a bit if you have too much like you almost have to have it with no slack whatsoever just to sit in it comfortably

Coleman stadium seat

This is going to be an excellent addition to my camping equipment. My back really aches after a while of sitting up. This lightweight "backrest" is unbelievably comfy. I've tried it out watching the TV and it's great.

I needed a backrest when I sit down for yoga. I tried this product for such purpose but it's more useful as a stadium seat rather more. The product is built okay. Side scrapes are bit difficult to adjust parallel.

Perfect for a multi-day sporting event in bleachers

Recently attending the F1 week-end in Montreal, I had grown tired of the little cushions I'd been using for the past several years. A pain to carry and they slide around each other. So I had seriously considered spending $100 on one of the premium stadium seat type chairs with all the metal framing, but I knew it would be a massive pain because of the weight. So I figure why not try the $20 Coleman option, and if it really sucks then just return it due to inadeqaute performance quality and try the more expensive one next year! Well, these aren't being returned. I am 210 lbs and let me tell you, these do actually take my weight once I tighted the side straps so the back doesn't have slack, and I can lean backwards into it and it takes my weight and supports me. Now, sitting at a sporting event for 6 hours on three consecutive days in a bleacher when you're 6'1', well that's going to cause some cramps no matter what you're sitting in because it's tight space there, believe you me. But if you ahve any idea how much your butt is gonna hurt from three days in bleacher seating, you know you're gonna at least try to protect those cheeks. This does the trick! It's not like sititng in a LaZBoy but I was super impressed by the cushion's firmess, it was still firm after six hours and wasn't losing its shape. So yes, for now I've definitely found a new seat for Formula One.

Practical and carry along seating option

Tested with : I am 5 ft 6. Tall torso. pic 3 for idea of perspective. Best bought for convenience, not durability or comfort. I bought it to use as a meditation cushion, and for sitting in parks, on grass or on floor. Can be used for picnics, outdoor shows, or even for open air cinema. Has side straps to change the incline of the back upright seat (pic 1). Light weight with a carry strap, and rolls up 5 inch in diameter, not bulky to carry on shoulder and to walk around with. pic 2+3. Also has a mesh pocket behind the chair back- to keep magazines, etc ( water bottle may be a tight fit. Relatively comfortable, medium support- Best for avg. build people, and avg. weight. Straps are sturdy but not strong. Bottom chair seat is padded. Hope this helps!
