Too Thick
I bought this for long haul air travel, so reviewing based on my experience with economy class seats for several airlines as an average-sized guy. The pillow is just a little too thick for me. In the neck pillow variation, I found that I could make it work with some effort, but only with my seat reclined. In the upright position my head was being pushed towards my chest when using it. As a lumbar pillow, it was hilariously bad. It nearly pushed me out of one seat and made the others way too short. On a seat with more length, it would probably be fine but I haven't found that I need a travel pillow in those situations. The thickness of the pillow was the only issue I had. Everything else was either great or not a bother.

Dual Use Pillow for Travel
I love this micro bead pillow because I can use it as a neck pillow for travel or turn it inside out to become a rectangular pillow for resting my iPad. There is no other pillow that does this! Because of the micro beads rather than the typical foam it rests comfortably while conforming to my body when sitting or lying down and becomes a comfortable platform for my iPad so I can view movies or read. Of course your iPad needs a case to prop it up into a viewing position…

Don’t rip off the tag!
Love this pillow. Bought two, one for my husband and one for myself for plane trip over to Europe. Comfortable, has a hook for clipping onto my backpack and love the fact it converts to a regular little pillow. HOWEVER, the beads on the inside are not contained within any type of liner. On the way out the door, my husband ripped the tag off his, spitting the seam open and thousands of micro beads went everywhere. Obviously, I had to get the vacuum out and clean everything up before leaving. Moral of the story, buy the pillow… CUT the tag off.

Exactly what I was looking for
I bought something similar a few years ago at Khols and was looking for another one. This pillow is great. I like to use it as my full time pillow, arranging it in whatever position is comfortable for how I'm sleeping at any point in time.

Soft cover, flexible uses, but not perfect
I really like the soft fuzzy side. I wanted to love this pillow for its versatility. It transforms easily between neck and small rectangular pillow. I dragged it abroad for a month, slept with it most nights and used on planes and long driving days. I think I’m just not thrilled with the foam beads inside. Under pressure, they’re not soft, too firm. Too hard for a small back pillow. Since it doesn’t compress, it takes up more room than I’d like. I’d add a snap to the tips of the neck area so it stays on the neck or to better attach to luggage. The hook is a great idea, but the shape and size isn’t quite right for attaching to my backpack loop or carryon. As a neck pillow, it was comfortable but prone to slipping off due to silky fabric on the lower half - the way I used it because I wanted the fuzzy side by my face.

This pillow is very interesting... It literally flips between either a neck pillow or a pillow pillow, which is great for my daily bus commute to and from work (I spend 3 hours a day on a bus). Depending on conditions on the bus (which style bus, whether I get two seats or one, etc) influences how I want to sleep, and having a transformable pillow is very knifty! It's soft and plush, the microbeads are comfortable, there's very little to really complain about. However... When it's flipped over onto the pillow, it feels like they made the pillow size a tad to big because the microbeads don't really fill it, whereas, on the reverse, it's sometimes a good five minute task getting the pillow slipped into neck-shape mode because the neck is a little small and it takes finagling and finesse to stuff all the microbeads in. And there's only a little clip on the transformation with the neck pillow, which can be inconvenient when I have it as a pillow-pillow and don't have time to flip it back unless I happen to wake up near the end of my commute. All in all, my complaints are minor and don't take away from the attraction of this pillow! The money I spent on it was well worth it!

Es muy bonita, pero...
Me gusto, es cómoda, de un tamaño bueno pero... no se por que pero pensaba que era inflable cosa que no es correcta, es de bolitas de polieuretano, y no por eso es malo, pero pensando que la queria para viaje de avion, la considero un poco estorbosa a diferencia de una almohadilla inflable
