They work, with some minor issues
They work as advertised, with 2 issues: As with other reviewers, I found they did not stay in place for very long, about a week if just placed once. But if you lifted and moved it several times, it loses its ability to stay in place quickly. But they held long enough that I could try them out and confirm where I wanted them. Then I marked their location on shoe insert, and used GOOP to glue them down, and now they stay in place. The other issue others noted, and I have too, is that they are a relatively soft rubber which makes them adhere to my sock as I try to slide over them. Not horrible, just something to manage when putting shoe on. Other than that, they seem to hold up and do the job.

Works but had to add additional padding
I've been suffering from Morton's neuroma and needed an insert in my shoes to address the issue. While these inserts do effectively reduce the pain they are too concentrated in their design and lack sufficient cushioning to avoid direct pain from the inserts themselves. To address this, I needed to add some additional cushioning around the inserts to dissipate the force of the insert on my foot. If a concentrated amount of lift is what your are looking for then these will work fine for you, otherwise you will have the same issue that I have had.

They work, with a couple of possible tips
I have metatarsalgia. They work. Position - I'm an ultra perfectionist and your feet may not be identical, believe it or not. So finding the right position took me a while personally. Adhesion - I saw complaints about the adhesion. There's two obvious ways to get around it. You can use a contact cement and be careful not to get it anywhere but directly where the pad will sit. Or you can do what I did. I stuck it under there insole. It makes it seem bigger than it is but it hasn't bothered me. Doing so solves the adhesion issue and the transition is smooth. You don't feel ridges or anything. It feels like my insoles naturally have a support there rather than I've added something.

No son incómodas al caminar
Para zapato cerrado tipo sueco son incómodas para meter en el lugar correcto. Pero se pueden despegar y no se maltratan al tratar de ajustarlas al sitio del metatarso

Works great if it sticks .....
When they adhere, they work great, last quite a while. But sometimes, one just doesn't stick and I have to throw it out before it is ever used. Disappointing quality.

Buy these!!! These pads are amazing and allowed me to wear heels again!!!! I’m buying more!!!
I have recently been diagnosed with Morton’s neuroma and afternoon weeks of crippling pain in my foot and not being able to wear heels of any height, I tried these last night. I only wore one on the foot I have the neuroma in. I didn’t use the adhesive, just put it in my sock and then put on three in. Heeled boots. I was amazed!!! It felt a little odd at first simply because I wasn’t used to it, but my foot never had the first twinge!!! I’m a bargain shopper so I was leaning toward the cheaper pads but they looked so thin I figured I’d be throwing my money away. These sold me on the visible thickness. I love how these worked so much that I’m ordering more today. My foot felt normal last night and I was able to dress as I usually would instead of wearing flats or tennis shoes. Btw, a chiropractor diagnosed my neuroma and after adjustments, helped to decrease the pain while wearing flat shoes. I recommend chiropractic adjustments and these pads if you want to feel normal again!!!! Btw, I purchased a couple of different styles (Full and partial insole, etc) and options from different brands and these are the best ones I purchased.

The top is too grippy on your sock
The foam rubber is too sticky. It makes it very difficult to get your foot into the shoe, bunches up and tightens your sock, potentially worsening any condition you're trying to correct.

needs a template
these may work, although they don’t stick too well, but in all honesty it does take several trials to have them installed at the righ place, If I’d me the manufacturer, I’d include a template with the orders with proper positioning depending on the foot size.

Not for me as it lost its adhesiveness
Im guessing it provided some comfort for my toe issue, but it lost its adhesiveness pretty quickly so i didnt get long enough time to see the long term benefits. Tried spraying with super glue but still fell off not long after.

Needs better glue
These worked well for a while and then the glue let go and one has been lost.

Good
Adhesive isn't the best, but works pretty good.

Amazing Results
I spent over a thousand dollars at a podiatrist because the ball of my feta ache terribly. I purchased orthotics and spent even more large sums of money. Then the last time I was at the podiatrist he explained how I needed more orthotics to lift my feet just behind the ball of the foot. He said come next week and we will try pads. Well I bought these pads and I love the result. Instead of putting them on my insoles, I got medical tape and tape them exactly where they make a difference. Then I can use them with any shoes - even sandals. And the tape easily removes every evening. Place the ‘bump’ side up against your foot. No orthotics and no pain. I walked all over Ireland this year and actually didn’t think of my feet. Now that’s a miracle. I love these little guys. ????lol
