Two Have Broken So Far

I ordered three of these for each window in my bedroom. Initially they all worked out of the box but one failed after a few uses. It would no longer retract when you pulled it down to open the shade again. This happened within the return window so they sent me a knew one immediately. The other two kept working fine except it seems like some retract very slowly while others retract quickly. Now a few months down the line the replacement shade has stopped working also and I can no longer return it. I feel really bummed investing $300 for shades for a room and now I kind of have to buy this again so they all match, rather than invest $500+ to go to a better brand where all the shades will match. I would not recommend these. Invest a little bit more money and get reliable shades.

Absolute s***

I spent hundreds of dollars on these Shades and had them professionally installed only to find out that over 75% of them don't roll back up. I wanted to return them but I couldn't get them down without having the installer come back out and I didn't want to pay him twice so I contacted the company to find out how to handle it and they never got back to me about it . I wish I had just scooped the poop out of my toilet and smeared it on my windows to block out the Sun. Also, they are cheap plastic on the other side so your windows look like they're covered in cheap plastic from the outside. Worst purchase I've ever made and they didn't do anything to try and make it right.

Unreliable

I purchased these shades in May 3, 2019. It's now Sept 1, 2020. I originally purchased two shades. One, right out of the box, did not retract (broken spring?). I sent it back without issue and received a replacement. It's now Sept 1, 2020. A bit over a year and today, upon going to put the shade up, a spring must have broken and now the shade will not retract. I've tried manually winding it without success. I'd suggest looking for something better and do not purchase these shades.

Nice but didn’t get working blinds

I’m only giving a one star because I ordered three of these and one of them did not work. Requested a return and it again came not working. These are roller blinds and the two the came not working did not roll up. Nice blind if you get lucky and get ones that work. Now they are out of stock and I have to buy three more blinds that match. Very frustrating!
