Make it classy with the Cuisinart Condiment Tray!

We don't tend to have too many extra kitchen gadgets, but this Cuisinart condiment tray has been a great addition. The inner food bowls are movable and have washed well in the dishwasher. For the outer metal and glass container, I have had no problem wiping it down with a food-safe sanitizing wipe and then rinsing it off. Please note there is no bottom to the entire tray. Now that could work in your favor if you find a way to rest this in ice, but a built-in ice holder would have been a nice perk. Also, since there is no bottom, you need to be careful when transferring the entire tray that you don't push up one of the food bowls. We have used the condiment tray for groups ranging from 5-7 people. I think depending on what you put in it, you could hold enough for up to 10 people, but no more than that.

TLDR: Had one of these at the deli I worked in for years! Love that I now have one of these at home! It makes sandwich days, burger days, and just all the hangouts that need veggies or places for condiments that much more easy and fun. I use this primarily for those hangouts where we grill burgers or have a veggie tray etc. This would also be good for small snacks or even an olive and cheese bar. I love that it has a lid and keeps things fresh. My only issue is that it doesn’t have a place to hold ice and is open at the bottom. Our fix has been to put it on a tray that can hold ice under it but sometimes that’s annoying as it makes everything bulkier! So keep that in mind if you absolutely need to keep things cold for a period of time, you may need to buy a different condiment station. Otherwise I’m loving this station so far!

Nice stainless steel condiment center, except for.....

Nice and sturdy stainless steel condiment center from Cuisinart. Riveted stainless surrounds 5 plastic topping bowls that fit nicely inside the frame. Everything that came in the box is nicely done, well-boxed, and in perfect condition, but in my educated opinion, it is missing one thing: A solid enclosed and insulated base that holds ice to keep these wonderful condiment/topping cups COLD. It's no fun heading to the condiment station with your burger and the cheese is stuck together, the tomato and lettuce have seen better days, and you can smell the onions from 30 feet away... That said, it is similar in function to a bartender's condiment tray that holds the cut fruit for mixed drinks with the exception that the Cuisinart model offers cups in assorted sizes to hold larger items. A potential workaround is to chill the condiments in their cups until right before service, refilling from the refrigerator as needed. Note that the word "18" in the listing title is inaccurate and refers to another item co-mingled farther down the description.

Convenient but could be better

The build quality is just okay. Little scratches appear throughout the unit. The ends bulge out a bit. The transparent lid is convenient but doesn't create a seal against the containers. The tubs are easily removed for refrigeration but no lids are included. The bottom is open. I would have liked a closed bottom so ice could be loaded into it to keep the food cold.

Love Love Love!

This topping bar gives me a restaurant feel to my taco nights! This tray is great for any occasion! Love the fact it has a lid to prevent bugs from getting onto your food while eating or prepping other toppings. It also saves you time from cleaning bowls and fridge space from cluttering.

Sweeeeeeeet!

Taco maker's dream! This is great! I can't wait to break it out in the summer when the bugs are out, the lid is wonderful! It's easy to open and close. I like that you can remove the individual trays so you can easily refill what you want and pop back in. It is stainless and fingerprints easy, but I mind none.

Stay organized in the kitchen

I got this to keep in my fridge for all my salad fixings. Instead of putting toppings in six different containers I use the condiment caddy. Not only does it save space in the fridge, making my salad is easier than ever! Nice large clear compartments with lids. Nice looking. Sturdy. Easy to clean. Versatile to use inside and outdoors for bar, BBQ, ice cream condiments, hot dog or hamburger condiments, Asian food condiments, taco nights! Versatile.
