Easy to assemble, sturdy, fits this long dog, plastic leg caps slippery
The Amazon Basics Cooling Elevated Pet Bed, Extra Large (60 x 37 x 9 Inches), Green is very easy to assemble with all the needed tools included, but like always using full sized tools will speed the job up. The material is stiff yet doesn't feel bad when stretched, it reminds me of the lawn chairs of my youth. While the frame itself is very sturdy on a bed this size I would have felt more comfortable if it had two cross bars instead of one. Even so, Bella, my 110lb Cane Corso, sleeps, jumps on and runs over it many times daily and the frame shows no signs of bending. Speaking of Bella jumping on the Amazon Basics Cooling Elevated Pet Bed, Extra Large, that exposes its one major flaw. The bottom of the legs have plastic caps in them and then as SLICK. Bella would run in and jump onto the bed moving it FEET, yes your read that right the bed would slide feet on laminate flooring with a 110lb passenger. That just seemed like a tragedy waiting to play out. I saw some other reviewers mention using 7/8" rubber caps and ordered some but those DO NOT FIT on the XL, you need 1" rubber caps. Once that got worked out Bella's aggressive landings don't budge the Amazon Basics Cooling Elevated Pet Bed, Extra Large. I think Amazon should just add the $6 they sold me the rubber feet for to the price and put them in the box. Maybe even add a "heavy duty" version with a second cross bar for and additional fee. Overall a good dog bed that could be great with a few additions.

They didn’t plan for movement when designing
Four stars because my guy likes to move with the sun spots. This bed needs to be reassembled in the middle crossbar every time it’s picked up which is a pain in the butt given how tight the fit is. See pic for moved bed with bar left behind. Feet don’t have caps or floor protectors on them so be prepared to buy something extra to protect your hardwood floors from the constant back and forth movement of them getting on and off the platform even if kept in one place. He’s an 85lb guy and I think hindsight I should’ve gotten the lg not xl. He curls into a ball on it anyway I’ve never seen him stretched to his full length/size on it.

durable, long lasting and large enough for 2 dogs
The media could not be loaded. bed isn't thick or soft; its a kennel bed after all that you see in animal shelters. thats why i placed a large dog bed wrapped in a blanket on top. forgive the toy under the bed and my relatively messy bed; BUT my boxer puppy is laying on the bed with me while my chihuahua rescue mix is on the kennel bed. i ordered the largest size available, XXL or xl if im not mistaken. i wanted something my boxer could fit into when he reaches adulthood. this thing is so large, 50 by 37 dimensions that it could DEFINITELY fit a curled up great dane or mastiff so make sure you have room to fit it if you order a larger size. its not water proof but at the same time it's extremely easy to clean. if need be it can be taken apart and then just soak and hand wash the mesh and poles. it was easy to set up required no extra parts for setup and took me about 20 minutes by myself. and i took my time. as i said before it will fit up to a 100 pound dog. I myself laid down on it lol! and it barely sagged under my weight so i know my boxer will not break it fully grown. after he is fully house trained i plan to make this their bed for sleeping in when me and hubby dont want them on ours. oh and btw- i can stress the size once more by saying that i could not find a dog bed large enough to fit this thing at my local walmart!! they were all just a bit too small lol. and this is also the cheaper version of multiple selling kennel beds on amazon. that being said, my dogs have never hit their legs on the exposed bars or struggled to move around and over them. they just use one specific side and jump up and this raised bed is more than high enough from the ground to keep your dog warm from the drafts flowing underneath. just give them a blanket to sleep with on the tightly woven bed and theyll sleep comfortably- mine do like sacks of potatoes on it. especially after walks it is their chosen sleep spot over my bed lol. and both large and small dog fit on it together which was my goal rather than buying two. it was moe than worth the money! idk if Id say these work for EXTREME chewers, but I have a 4 month old puppy and he chews everything but hasnt gotten a string or piece of fabric messed up on it yet. its semi chew proof but not for super heavy chewers i would say. the bars appear to be metal so those arent going to bend or break in my opinion. just tighten the screws in as much as you can

Good for training but consider getting non slip chair tips with it
Functional and great for place training. The only real problem with this raised bed (and others of this type) it that the tips of the feet are smooth plastic which allow the bed to slip on a wood floor or a rug. Of course, if the bed slips, the dog will be extra cautions about getting on it. I ordered some of these to address the problem on the strength of a previous reviewer of the non-slip chair tips: Antrader Non Slip Chair Leg Tips, Furniture Grippers Pads, Floor Protector Sofa Rubber Chair Feet Table Leg Caps Round Dia fit 1" (2.5cm), Clear, 8 Pack

Best Bang for Your Buck
I have a 115 lb German Shepherd and a tight budget. Other brands charge an arm and a leg for elevated beds this size, so I jumped on it when I saw what the price was for this. He has all the joint issues associated with the breed so he needed something to get him off the hard floor, but he was overheating on any foam bed we'd get him. This was a great solution and he seems pretty comfortable on it. We've had it for a few months now, and it is sagging a bit, but thanks to the support in the middle, I think this will last him a long time.

Puppy Loves It - She'll Grow Into It
Our new pup is growing quickly so we opted for the XL size, knowing that she's likely to be a big girl. Even at her small size (17 lbs) she's loving her new bed. Thanks to another reviewer mentioning that round 1" rubber leg tips fit perfectly on this. I ordered them at the same time and this bed stays in place even when our pup is being rambunctious on it. Very pleased!

She loves her cot!!! Can't keep her off it!
My dog loves laying outside on her cot. It keeps her cool and dry in the spring and summer. She has some skin allergies and this has been so helpful in allowing her to lounge outside without getting itchy and dirty. Its held up nicely (bought in 2021) and we use it every time we are outside. My dog is older and pretty chill so not sure if that makes a difference as far as how durable it is. Wasn't hard to put together and overall very pleased. Highly recommend!!!

Commentaire du 21.09.2022 : Voilà je rajoute une photo, au bout de 2 ans et 4 mois dont les 8 derniers mois dehors bien exposé aux intemperies : la toile vient seulement de se déchirer. Donc personnellement au vu de ce qu'il a subi je trouve qu'on est sur un produit de très bonne qualité. Seul bémol je regarde très régulièrement les toiles de remplacement il y en a jamais de disponible. . . Donc si l'idée de pouvoir remplacer la toile vous a séduit comme moi au départ attention je pense que c'est un faux argument de vente. J'ai racheté un autre lit plus petit en novembre 2021 il est toujours en parfaite état. Commentaire du 17.05.2020 : 29.29€ le 2.05.2020 Le taille M ; asin B076VSF333 , est donné selon la notice donner avec pour supporter 65kg...ce qui est enorme au regard des autres lits surelevés que j'ai testé. Jusqu'à présent ma dalmatienne de 25 kilos avait un lit surélevé d'une autre marque aérer en son centre par un filet. Une catastrophe, elle en a usé 3 en un an a 40€ a chaque fois. Et le poids surporté, meme sur un tapis plus grand était bien inférieur a celui d'amazon. J'ai longtemps hésité à acheter le lit Amazon pour deux raisons : 1. avec le lit mi toile mi filet les poils passaient à travers le lit ce qui était très pratique pour le nettoyage. ( tous les poils sont centralisés sous le lit au lieu de voler partout). j'avais posé la question de savoir si les poils passaient au travers du lit amazon ont m'avait dit non, retardant mon achat et finalement belle surprise : le lit Amazon tamise aussi les poils de ma dalmatienne! Youpi! Car un dalmatien perd beaucoup de poils très fin et piquant...toute l'année 2. Le bruit des griffes sur la toile. ma chienne est tres paisible mais quand elle se met à gratter c'est obsessionnel et ca fait pas mal de bruit la nuit. J'avais peur qu'avec un lit tout toile ce soit pire qu'avec le lit mi toile mi filet et en fait c'est pareil. En résumé je me retrouve avec les mêmes avantages inconvénients que le lit précédent sauf qu'en plus : 1. il est mieux construit, les barres sont en métal et non en plastique 2. il supporte plus de poids ce qui laisse à penser qu'il est plus résistant 3. On peut remplacer les toiles ( enfin quand amazon a du stock, car ça fait plusieurs mois que je surveille car ça fait aussi partie des critères d'achat pour ce tapis, et c'est pas souvent qu'ils ont du stock Si mon commentaire et mes photos vous ont aider merci de cliquer!

Dog and human review
Let's start off with dogs opinion: bloody great, it's off the floor, both of us fit on great, keeps us cool in summer and warm in winter if human pops a blanket on for us to lie on. Human: very cumbersome, lots of stubbed toes, can't open cuboards behind it, pain in the bot. However, 2 full size bulldogs are very happy and quiet on it. Dogs come first, human opinion is irrelevant ????

La cama mediana tiene el tamaño perfecto para tres perros (los colores pueden variar) y un bebé de dos años soportando sin problemas 22 Kilogramos en total, según el instructivo aguanta hasta 58 kilogramos, lo cual no ha sido probado hasta ahora ya que mi esposa no se ha querido subir. El instructivo viene en 6 idiomas, lo cual es completamente innecesario ya que es sumamente fácil de armar, aún sin instructivo, puse las piezas junto a un seis de cerveza y cuando regrese los perros ya la habían armado.

Les encanta, pero la tela no los ha resistido...
The media could not be loaded. Desde el primer momento que les pusimos las camas a nuestros perros (un Montaña del Pirineo y un Lobo checoslovaco) están encantadísimos con ellas. Se tiran la mayor parte del día ya sea durmiendo o jugando en ellas. El problema es que, como con toda novedad, yo esperaba que el Lobo mordiera hasta romper la tela (y así ha sido), pero con la esperanza que una vez la novedad se pasa suele dejar de morder, y para entonces pues bastaba con encargar un recambio. Pero ahora que quiero encargarlo, resulta que no hay recambios para el tamaño XL. Amazon ¿pondréis a la venta recambios XL en algún momento? Por lo demás, muy recomendada para todo el mundo que tenga un perro con una boca "menos peligrosa" que la de mi lobito.
