Do not go according to the size of clothes you wear.
A helpful review would be: if everyone gives their height, weight, chest and waist measurements and the wetsuit size that fits you would be more helpful to others. Just mentioning what a great product it is does not help. I am 5'7' with a 40" chest and 34" waist. I wear a medium polo shirts, but when it comes to ordering a wet suit I ordered a large to be on the safe side and it was much to small. With some trials and returns to Amazon I finally found one that fits. I ordered XXL in this style and it fits almost perfectly. From the crouch to the shoulders it is a good fit. The sleeves and around the thigh is not as tight as I'd like but its okay. However, once I get it on, it is difficult to remove from the shoulders. I am 70 years old and not as flexable as I used to be. I can get it off but with a great deal of effort. With an assistance from another person would make it easier to remove. Once you get it off the shoulders, it's easy to remove from there. I also tried the back zipper wet suit and it was not a good choice. To zip up and zip down to remove is not made for older people. The front zipper is the only way to go. I have yet to try this in the water. I don't think removing the wetsuit while wet is going to be any easier. I did swim with this wetsuit and it works well to keep me warm. The quality of this product is excellent. I like how the ends of the sleeve and ends of the leg are finished. It is still difficult to remove from the shoulders for me. I gave it a 4 star because of that problem. If I was in my forties or fifties, I think it would not be a problem.

A Good Fit!
Backing up the big guy's photo review. I'm 5'8" and around 225 w/beer belly. Got the XXL and it fits very nicely. I've used plenty of wetsuits when I was younger, but the retirement belly really is a major annoyance, and it's part of the reason it never seems to reduce by much when activities like snorkeling become only a memory. This stylish shorty fits - with only a slight wrestle to get it zipped and, most importantly, my wife's assistance getting it off the shoulders after use. I believe this Cressi is going to help me lose the belly now that I can do a lot more in the water.

tight!
Seems well made, though I'd be a little concerned about leakage around the neck. Overall fit for me (6 ft, 185 lbs) was good, but it was so tight around the waist I had trouble breathing when I tried it on.

Nicely made wetsuit. Runs a bit small.
I’ve been a diver since 1975 and have had a few wetsuits in that time. The quality of this suit is very good. It runs a little small perhaps. I struggle a bit getting it over my shoulders and it is really hard to get off when it’s wet. But the stitching is nice and the zipper looks be good quality. I am 5-11, 176# and I ordered a large. If I weighed 10 # more, I would need the XL.

Go big on size
Sizes run really small order accordingly. I’m a ML in Aqualung, a large in O’Neal and an XL in Cressi. The size chart isn’t accurate.

These run insanely small
Im on the larger side, and weigh 210. Supposedly this well within the sizing guidelines for an XL (up to 216), but I went ahead and assumed it would be too small and ordered an XXL. Firstly, they incorrectly sent a regular XL, so failed on shipping the right item in the first place. I decided to try it on anyhow as supposedly it ought to fit. I have somewhat broad shoulders but am by no means a giant. It is physically impossible this would zip up on a person weighing 216 or even 200 I expect, unless maybe they did not have shoulders and arms. This sizing is ridiculous, consider ordering a size up, or order both and see what works.

Size up
It is a great suite but really tight you may want to size up. I mean really tight

Nice Front zipping wetsuit.
Fits my Bod easy to put on and as with all front zipping wetsuits, more challenging to take off but better than others. Great for a spring, summer swim when the sea is still a little chilly or you want some wind protection when on your paddleboard.

Good price
Looked good but size was too small

Good quality and perfect 'snug' fit.
Fit is a little snug, but that's what you need for a wet suit to work efficiently. Seems good quality - used for 10 days windsurfing and catamaran sailing and stood up to the challenge well. I took the medium and I'm 5'10'' and 10 stone - good fit but can't afford to put any weight on :-)

Product sizing is not as described, buy with caution
I bought the X-Large version of this suit at first as my size (6 feet / 185cm - Weight: 85kg) should clearly fit into the Large suit as described in the sizing guide. My chest size should also have fitted the Large size. Having read the warning reviews of others I decided to get the X-Large just to be safe. It was still quite significantly too small! I returned it to Amazon for the XX-Large - first time I've ever bought anything in that size! - and the XX-Large was also still too small!! The main problem is it just isn't long enough so when worn you can't stand up completely without the suit putting pressure on your shoulders. Which needless to say is not going to be ideal when you need to move your arms for many minutes and hours in the water! So if you're 6 feet and above simply avoid this completely and get something else. I ended up getting an Orca suit elsehwere which was more expensive at about £100, but is so much nicer and actually fits properly. Although this Cressi suit seems to be of an acceptable if not exceptional quality - you get what you pay for! - I have to give this a negative review for all the needless hassle it has caused me when all Amazon/Cressi need to do is put a realistic size guide in the product description.
