Definitely a show throw, not a cozy throw
I adore the way this throw looks, but definitely note that this isn’t not necessarily a throw that is soft, cozy, and make you want to wrap up on the couch. At least in my opinion..I have it for a display rather than a regularly used blanket in the house.

great blanket
as pictured. great blanket. not very fuzzy or smooth. if you're looking for super cozy this texture might not be for you. However this looks great on my couch and we put it on the arm rest. goes great with a brown leather couch

Looks nice but...
I like the way this looks nice and it's a good size but the yarns are not soft. This is not going to be a snuggly throw like I'm used to and I'm not sure I would give it as a gift. I washed it and it didn't soften at all and the shape is warped. I didn't check if the corners lined up before washing but after washing the corners definitely didn't align. It is a somewhat loose weave and blocking/ironing may help. Also note: washing it left LOTS of lint in the dryer trap and all over my white wool dryer balls. I'm glad I washed it with darker clothing and towels. I don't think the colors bled, the tan stripes still look good. I won't return it but will probably only use it as a throw or bench cover rather than TV snuggle time.

Great quality
Love this blanket! Amazon 3rd party vendors have really been testing me lately. Thank goodness, this blanket is exactly what I was hoping for. Rustic/Cabin-y/Fall vibe blanket. Colors are perfect-soft black and very neutral lighter tan (NOT gold as someone described it). Texture is exactly what I was expecting from how it looks- it’s not overly soft but come on, it’s not a fuzzy blanket people. Feels very nice on my skin. Added bonus- it smells amazing, like I bought it in a boutique store. Which is absolutely never the case from Amazon. So yea, I love it.

Another Perspective
In reading the reviews I opened the package with trepidation, anticipating a possible stink. I had no experience of anything distasteful whatsoever. No bad smell at all. I like the looks of this throw and it will be an enhancing feature to my decor; however something worth mentioning: this is not presenting as a soft blanket - it's made from 63% polyester and 20% recycled cotton, 13% rayon and 4% "recycled fibers". Maybe it will soften after a wash. Otherwise, since this throw is of good size, is made with some repurposed textiles, has pretty colors and a textured, "tweed look" appearance, I am pleased.

Well worth the price!
This blanket is so nice! It is the perfect thickness. Although it was made from recycled materials, it does not have the plastic-y smell that a lot of recycled fabrics have. It actually arrived smelling good. Well made. No nicks in the fabric. Coloring is perfect, looks exactly like what is pictured.

A staple and stylish!
Not the softest of blankets, but definitely still comfortable and cozy to wrap yourself in. Also looks great in any decor style. Worth it!

Should have listen to one of the reviews. For me, WAS way to heavy. And heavy means not soft , generally . Gave it away .
