Charming little addition for the kitchen to add some cuteness. The item is bigger than imagined but that’s okay. Material used is also light weight. I got the wiener dog which arrived as advertised. Would recommend you getting one today.

Anything Dachshund ❤️
Another dachshund item I had to have! Wanted it for awhile now and glad I got one. The material the head and back side are made out of feels like Styrofoam... Not sure how long this will last but it seems to be sturdy. I guess I expected maybe something heavier but either way it looks good and I love it.

Kinda cheap looking
I was picturing something different then what came. The picture here doesnt look like what you get. Very cheap made, looks like it was spray painted. The tail end the rod screws into was already stripped. I would never pay full prize for it. I got him on sale and that might be to much.

Definitely lightweight
This is cute, but certainly not sturdy. In addition, because it’s so low, it’s not always easy to get paper towels off of it. Just cute though.

Stunning, but not sturdy
For aesthetic reasons, I’m giving this 5 stars. It’s stunning, eye-catching, and gets a ton of compliments. Love it! Downsides: not sturdy. When you need to tear off a paper towel, you’ll have to put one hand on the paper towel roll to steady the dog. Otherwise it wobbles. This creation works by sliding a narrow tube into a wider tube, the narrow tube being attached to the dog’s head, and the wider tube being attached to its rear. The two tubes then slide together within the paper towel roll. Very clever, but, I wish they had designed it such that the two tubes click together and lock in place, because they tend to slide apart. Not a big deal really, but just needs to be heavier and sturdier.

Looks cheap, feels cheap - not worth even half what I paid - AVOID THIS PRODUCT - you will be sadly disappointed if you buy it - if I could give less than 1 star - I would

a step away from the usual borring kitchen stuff
It is funky and functional. There is problem to contend with. The fit of the telescopic tubes that are the frame of the dog and the mid section of the body are a loose fit. WHen you pull the towel and rip it off the roll the front end of the dog parts way with the back end. I added electrical tape to thicken the inner tube for a tight fit. Problem solved, but it should not have been overlooked at the manufacturing stage. Still, adorable and a conversation piece.

Looks good, quality is meh
Mine appears to be made of a stiff expanding foam material covered with a paint "skin." No paint flaking off, but a few minor pockmarked spots where the foam didn't completely fill the shape. It weighs a couple pounds so there are no major issues with it falling over when you pull the paper towel. You can slide it a little if you don't tear the paper properly though. Overall it's alright, quality could definitely be better especially for this price.
