CRAFTSMAN Pry Bar Set: Tools Every Mechanic Needs
Hey there fellow mechanics, just wanted to share my thoughts on the CRAFTSMAN Pry Bar Set. This set comes with three pry bars, in sizes 12", 18", and 24", which are pretty much all you need for any job that requires prying. I've used these bars on all sorts of things, from separating engine components to pulling off suspension parts. They hold up really well under pressure and have saved me so much time and effort. One thing I really appreciate about these pry bars is how comfortable they are to use. The grip handles are smooth and easy to hold, even when your hands are greasy or sweaty. I've used these things for hours without feeling any pain or discomfort. If you're a mechanic looking to add some quality pry bars to your toolbox without breaking the bank, then I definitely recommend the CRAFTSMAN Pry Bar Set.

Excellent quality, great price, tough and sturdy
I had a sunken paver on my paver patio stairs. I tried the junk stainless $6 “paver removal levers” and they are absolutely useless. You can’t get enough leverage with those tiny paver levers and they break. I also tried regular screwdrivers and they don’t provide enough leverage either. I bought this set I used the 12 inch and 18 inch bars to wiggle the sunken pavers out. I cleared the polymeric sand between the paver joints with a 90 degree cotter key puller and a putty knife and blew the joints clean with a leaf blower and then used these pry bars. These Craftsman pry bars worked great, provided good grip, were strong and gave a lot of leverage. I got the 3 sunken pavers out, added leveling sand, tamped the sand down with a wooden 4x4 and a mallet and reinstalled the pavers. Worked great! The photo shows the wet pavers after the repair, newly leveled, with the new polymeric sand in the joints. The other photo is the barely nicked up pry bars. All good. Amazing set of pry bars for the money!

Just, meh
Nothing special, just like any other pry bar set out there and probably made by the same manufacturer. Cheaper sets can be had, and probably equal or better quality.

They are awesome
These pry bars work great, their trial run was removing a transmission from a '83 Jeep CJ7, and they performed great, they also have a steel button on the end of the handle for tapping them with a hammer when needed. They are of high quality as expected from a Craftsman product, thank you to the folks at Craftsman for another great addition to my tool set.

The three pry bars are awesome I can use the short one to get started then use the liger one to finish the job. They are worth every penny , I love them so much

lo recomiendo
muy buenas estas barras muy bonitas, me sirven para hacer palanca en el taller tenia dudas por que lei reseñas que eras débiles pero lo que pasa que si haces palanca en exseso creo que hay distintas palancas según el trabajo si las forzase de mas terminaran arruinadas tampoco crean que por ser palancas y buenas marca tienen que soportar pesos excesivos de palanca y durar toda la vida
