Worked great on stage!

My daughter wore this for a dance performance we bought the size 6-8 because it was the smallest size available. Would fit those sizes perfectly but my daughter is only five so I had to hem it and it was still big in the shoulders. I like the dark rich colors as opposed to all the other similar options being pastels.

Perfect for Log Cabin Village

We had the hardest time finding a size guide, so hopefully that gets updated, but we took a chance on a small knowing that we had enough time to return and buy a different size if needed. A small is great for my 6 1/2 year old daughter, with room to grow into. I included the size chart on the packaging to help others. The bonnet has a knot that is sewed tied and then uses Velcro on the side to fasten and unfasten. It’s fine, but not what I was expecting. The material is stretchy, but not the super thin fabric commonly found on cheaply-made costumes. My daughter has said she’d like to wear this other places than just the log cabin village we’re visiting for a field trip, and I have confidence that it will last for repeated wear. Overall, we’re happy with this purchase. It’s just too adorable to complain about anything!
