Waist is very tight and not much strech

I usually wear a 32 or 34 waist and figured medium would fit based on the reviews. I can hardly fit into them and there is barely any stretch in the waist. Other than that they look nice and seem to be good quality

Great Value

I swim 5 days a week at our health club and these swim trunks have lasted a long time. I had a pair of the gray color but they faded pretty bad after about 6-8 months. Replaced those with the dark blue and have not had any fading in almost a year. Very comfortable and a great for the price!

Good but....

Needed new swim trunks. Ordered these and they fit pretty well but they are also tight. No stretch to them at all. Better off going one size bigger. Overall, they are good for it's purpose. Just a tad tight.

Great deal!

I really like these, use these trunks for swimming for the last few months. For the price, it is a super deal. I have a 34-ish waist and these work fine. Also, they haven't faded yet either. I recommend. Didn't give a 5 because they don't stretch too much, but not a big deal. The string tie is thick too.

Ok quality but a bit short

Kid needs swim trunks for his work, do we ordered two different brands, one is this Amazon basic. Ok material and fits good, except it's a bit short so we had to return it.

A very stylish, well made pair of swimming trunks, that can also be worn as shorts.

For the money these are really nice swimming trunks. They come with an elasticated waist, plus a drawstring for extra security. Fit wise, I'm currently around a 37inch waist and the large size that I bought is a very good fit. The legs are roomy without being baggy. They are nicely made with all seams being well sewn. They have an internal mesh 'pant' to make sure all is decent. There is a useful pocket on each side, but the pocket lining is made of the internal mesh, so anything sharp could possibly damage it. There is also a pocket on the back. This has a velcro closer and the lining is made from the actual shorts material. So, much more hard wearing. Length wise they are great. I'm 5ft 8, and they sit just above my knee when I'm stood up. I'm not sure what the material is, but it's very soft to the touch, they don't cling to you when wet, and they dry very quickly. They are so comfortable and of such a good length, that I've been mainly wearing them as ordinary shorts. Many people have commented on how nice they look. I like them so much, that I immediately ordered another pair in a different pattern. Recommended. I hope you found this review helpful.

Slightly smaller than expected but exchange was easy

Good quality trunks. I (29f) needed a pair of red surf shorts for work but couldn't for the life of me find any knee length female/gender neutral shorts. These were the best and cheapest I could find. Not too worried about the 'hidden support'. I thought I might have been small as I'm a size 10 female trousers but these were too small. Exchanged easily for mediums which fit perfectly. Great quality for money. Exactly what I needed. They come to just above my knees (and I have long legs) which is a good length. Drawstring is usable to tighten the waist (unlike others I've seen).

Overall very good and great value

Very good value and do the job well. If anything on fit, they're very slightly smaller than expected. They hold a lot of water once out of the pool and are therefore a bit hard to get off and take time to dry. I swim daily and bought two pairs so rotate them so the drying is not a problem. All round a good buy.

Decent budget shorts

Bought for lake swimming on a holiday. Paid £16.50, my local gym was selling similar shorts for double the price. These go down to slightly above my kneecaps have nice big pockets at the side and back as well as adjustable waist tie. Had to trim a few loose strands when they first arrived but they held up great out and about as well as in water and after a wash in the washing machine. Only negative would be they aren’t exactly quick drying. Will be using them again on my next holiday and at my local pool!

Nice Shorts

I'm a 36in Waist & bought these shorts in the L size, they fit perfect. Nice & soft on the outside with a mesh inner on the inside. Defo recommend.
