Well made, nice detail

This is a very pretty frame. It’s nice and sturdy, and the antique gold design is intricate and interesting. The only weird thing was the cardboard corners were stapled on and so was the cardboard insert which holds the photo in place so I did need a pair of pliers to get those out. But otherwise this is really well made and looks great! And it’s so affordable compared to similar frames this size.

Ornate frame that fits the average pic

This is a pretty and nicely made frame - perfect for any picture that measures 4x6. It arrived in perfect condition with cardboard edge protection. Unfortunately the cardboard is stapled into the frame, so you'll need a flat edge screwdriver to cleanly remove them. Once loaded up with a pic the frame looks really nice and features real glass, not a plexiglass cover.

Doesn’t look plastic

I like this frame. The texture is all leaves and it is convex, adding some interest and light play, as opposed to a flat frame. It is a dark gold, not yellow or brassy and it looks great on my sofa side table. I get to see my sweet grandchildren’s faces all the time now. The frame has some weight to it and it doesn’t appear to be plastic. It just looks like a carved wood. There is wood grain on the side of the frame, too. It can be stood on a table with its supporting back stand or mounted on the wall either horizontally or vertically. It’s rich looking texture is great.

Beautiful and Easy to use

The frame is just beautiful, the gold leaves around the outside of the frame are detailed and clean, not cheap looking at all. The back opens up like a door and is super easy to access. It is rare to find a frame that is this good of quality for a such a decent price. I will say that I was surprised at how light it is, and the "glass" that covers the picture is actually plastic. Either way this is a really nice frame. It has a hanger on the back so it can be hung on a wall and also has the stand, which is cardboard covered with felt. So the materials are clearly inexpensive on this frame, but don't look inexpensive, you have to pick it up and handle to figure out that it's not a 20 or 30 dollar frame.

Like how it looks on my brown bookcase

Honestly, don’t let the price of this frame confuse you, it’s quite beautiful from a far and up close. It’s very light and I was able to add a picture in seconds. I love the little twigs and leaves in embossing, very pretty. This frame works well for portraits.

Poor Quality and Weird Staples

I will say that the frame's design is very cute. The color is nice, and the leaf pattern is whimsical while still being understated. If you're looking at it, it's nice. However, I have two issues with this frame. The smaller issues is that it's an extremely lightweight material, and tapping on it with a fingernail you can tell how porous and hollow the construction is. You definitely wouldn't pick it up and think "yes, this is a good quality frame." The HUGE issue, though, is the state that the corner protectors left the frame in. Most picture frames come with cardboard triangles that cover the corners to protect the frame. For some reason, the corner protectors were stapled INTO the back of the frame. Some of the staples came out and some didn't, and the ones that did left noticeable holes. I've never seen anything quite like it. I would say that this frame is not worth the price. It's a cute design, but it's very shoddy.
