Fits perfectly - fixed my window
These fit my windows perfectly and fixed the issue with old broken latches. Excellent value for the money. Just make sure you measure the distance between the holes to get the correct size part

I had a tenant who somehow manged to break half the tilt latchs in a house. Thank goodness I found these to fix all my windows.

Had to modify it a bit but works well when installed
I rated this as four stars but it could be 2-3 depending on how handy you are. These work well and I'm very happy to find a replacement part that has the correct measurements to replace my existing latches. As you've already noticed, these have a different looking slide then the other tilt latches offered by this company. At first, I didn't like the way the holes in the slide look but once I installed them, I found they actually fit my finger-tips and feel pretty good. What's not good is that I had to modify them a bit to lay flat. As you can see from the pictures, the screw guides extend below the sides and create a gap around the edge. I used a Dremel tool to grind them down about 1/8" so the latch would lay flat against the window. I bought 4 sets of these and grinding all of them down only took about 10 minutes but if you don't have a tool to use, you may be disappointed with how they look. Be sure to check the distance between the screw holes and from the frame side screw to the edge to get the right one.

worked great
I purchased a condo run by an HOA. A window in my kitchen was falling in due to the latches being previously broken. When speaking with my board, they gave me the window company information to repair the situation. I was told by them that I would need to replace the ENTIRE window! Oh heck no - so I went to the internet and searched and found these. They slightly were off with the holes in my window but I got it to work in the end. What could have cost me a few hundred dollars I resolved under $5 for the pair I believe. They were easy to install and although they are whiter than my window, I dont care. Now I can open and close it and not face $50 per month penalties from this HOA. Definitely recommend

Works, but need power tools to shave off plastic under each screw hole.
These work fine, although the plastic below the screw holes extended too long, making the whole mechanism have a .5” gap above the window. I used a drill and a 1/2” spade bit to shave the plastic off each one so they could sit flush with the window.

Perfect replacement size, but sticks up a bit
I couldn't find this exact size latch replacement latch in Lowes or Home Depot, but these fit the screw spacing exactly on my windows. It's visually an exact match, except as mentioned in another review, the guide holes for the screws stick out below the latch, which causes the entire latch to float about 1/16" above the window. Is it a huge deal? Not really, it still works and if I had a sander I'd fix it myself, but it does look a bit funny.

Saved me from having to get new windows!!
The old tilt latches on my windows started breaking, We were so worried we would have to replace all our windows!! I found these (measure very carefully, there are MANY sizes!), they fit perfect & solved the problem! They were easy to install and so much cheaper than new windows!

came fast and works as expected.
This is one of those items you could spend a lot of time just looking for and I stumbled on it looking for something else.Very happy that I found them as the windows we have are older and the existing latches were destroyed by the Sun long ago. The new ones fit exactly and work as they were designed to. Very happy.

I measured right and they fit the window just fine!
Couldn’t find these anywhere and was afraid I’d have to replace my windows but found these on Amazon and thought I would try them and other than having to make the old screw holes a little bigger, they worked out perfectly!

Good quality, dont sit flush
I had to replace the ones on two of my windows, they look like they're good quality, removed 1 star because the screw holes are too long so they don't sit flush with the window and I had to use the screws from the old set because the ones it came with were a different type.

Good Replacements
Good replacements for my tilt-in windows. Size and function is great. These latches have molded extended screw hole collars on the underside that likely fit into 3/8" holes on the window before screwing but my windows did not have those 3/8" holes..just screw holes to mount them. Carefully using a power sander to gently sand the underside collars flush made these flat and they attached fine.

Exactly as expected
My existing vinyl window latches were disintegrating due to years of sun exposure, these were the exact match to my existing latches and they were easy to install . Pleased with this purchase!! Much cheaper than replacing the windows…lol!!
