These get the job done but may leak
I have another brand that is lined with polyester on the outside. That appears to keep leaks from happening better than these. These ones are very comfortable and lay more flat.

Great reusable cotton pads. Buy several so you don't have to worry about washing every day.
I wanted reusable pads as I am trying to buy fewer disposable products. I also wanted 100% cotton as it is more environmentally friendly and better for your body. These fit those two criteria well. Note that because it is 100% cotton they do shrink in the wash, making them a smaller diameter and a bit thicker than when you first receive them. The outline of the pad may show through your bra/shirt if they are thin/tight but I wasn't wearing anything thin/tight with these. As far as absorbency goes, I had no issues with leakage. I did use these with Earth Mama nipple butter and it always seemed to wash out fine. My advice is to change them often. I made the mistake of not changing often enough and I think that contributed to the longer-than-desired episode of thrush. During that stage, I boiled these in water prior to washing. Then I washed with a normal load of clothes or towels. We always use Tide free & gentle powder.

Works ok
I love that they are cotton and organic. They are comfortable and I don’t have to worry about little plastic fibers from the disposable pads. They are pretty absorbent, but if you leak a lot these might not be enough. I have to change these often throughout the day or adjust because they will leak through to the other side. I don’t recommend them for overnight, if you leak they don’t seem to absorb quickly enough for me and the milk will drip down to my bra. As others have said they do shrink after washing, I stretch them out after washing and then let them air dry.

Leaks
These are decent fabric and decent quality but the diameter is pretty small so it’s easy for milk to work it’s way around the edge and leak. I prefer breast pads with a bigger circumference. This product also does some weird puckering because of where it sits in relation to the curvature of the body once again that wouldn’t be an issue if it was bigger.

Works Great
I've been using these for about three weeks now and have since bought two more packs. I've been nursing now for almost 7 months. I had been using Lansinoh disposable nursing pads exclusively. I don't think these can replace disposable pads, but for me they do work much of the time. Pros: 1. Soft and feel MUCH better on sore nipples than disposables. (Several Lactation Consultants suggested I try cotton) 2. Easy to wash - just throw them into a zippered laundry bag to avoid loosing them. I suggest you hang the bag to dry as opposed to putting in the drier. 3. Use them enough and you should save money and be greener. 4. PRICE IS RIGHT! Cons: 1. These things SHRINK if you put them through the drier. Still perfectly useable, but I was surprised by how much - I'd say they are 75% of their original size. 2. If you leak a lot there is nothing to prevent it from seeping to the outside of your shirt. The only time I tend to leak is when I'm nursing. I just stuff a burp rag in the side I'm not nursing and save the pad for when I'm done. 3. They are thick and show through some bra/shirt combinations. I use these about 50 to 70 percent of the time. If I need to be sure I'm not going to leak or my pad show I reach for the disposables. I put up with the cons because these make my nipples feel so much better. No comparison when it comes to comfort. UPDATE - It's been three months + now and I use these about 95% of the time. Don't even bother to hang dry them anymore as the smaller size still works for me. I've had only a handful of accidents and they've only happened overnight when my little guy has slept longer than normal. We nurse 7x a day and I rarely have to use more than one set a day. Every gal is different though, so if you tend to leak you might not trust these for going out. They aren't perfect but you can't beat the price or the comfort. I love Amazon but I did find them at a local big box store for a bit less...

My favorite nursing pads
These are very soft, have good coverage, and wash really well. They are decently thick to absorb leakage but totally manageable to wear out! I threw a few in my sons crib while swaddled so he could smell me close.

Good basic nursing pads.
I bought these to use from 2 months postpartum onward, after my milk supply was already developed and I was no longer leaking a lot or regularly. I only leaked lightly and occasionally at that point so it felt wasteful to use disposable pads everyday, but I still wanted to have something there for the odd accident. I have been using these for 4 months now (I have them on pretty much 24/7) and they have been perfect for my purpose - the occasional light leakage and usually just wearing around the house under loose clothes or a boring trip to the supermarket. I read other reviews that they show through clothing and I thought my padded bras would prevent that, but they still make my booby area look a little "wrinkled" or showing a slight crease under tight-fitting clothes and a thin padded bra. It's minor and I think it's fine for grocery shopping or a casual dine out. I just don't use them for special occasions. It seems okay under a thick padded bra or looser clothes. They are definitely not as absorbent as the disposable pads so I wouldn't recommend them for the first 6 weeks when most of the leakage occurs or under a tight white top on a very important night or something, but beyond that these should do the trick.

So soft!!
These are my favourites! They are so soft. They're also very easy to wash. I ended up buying another pack because I was leaking so heavily. I also wore a set of lined bamboo breast pads. Those were better for going out when I was leaking excessively because of the lining to prevent marks on my shirts. Compared to those, these cotton ones were just as absorbent, if not more, but when they get soggy, they do leech out. The bamboo ones just stayed soggy against my nipple. Now that my leaking has settled down, I just use these cotton ones by preference.

Good product
Really like these nursing pads. They work perfectly for what I need them for and definitely saves money vs buying disposable ones. I don’t think they would be absorbent enough to use at the very beginning of nursing on their own without leaking through, but they are great for when your supply is regulated. I think they would be ok for light to moderate leaking, but not heavy. They are soft and go through the washer and dryer without wearing out.

Soft but not very absorbent
These are very soft and good for while you are feeding or if you are out and worried about leaking, or even if you dont leak a lot. That being said these are not helpful if you need them while you sleep...they dont really fill evenly which personally causes me waking up having to change my bra, shirt and sometimes sheets because it goes right through the pad and isnt really absorbed...its basically like a very thick extra layer.

Soft but not well sewn
These are very soft however right when I took them out of the package, I noticed they are not sewn well together. The ends are unravelled a bit on most of the pads. I’m very disappointed. I might return & get a new set but not sure if it’s worth it.
