Does the job!

I rarely give out 4 Star reviews but this doorknob and deadlock work great! The only issue I have is that the key doesn’t go in so smoothly. Sometimes I have to play with it to make sure the key goes it very very straight or else it’s kind of a struggle to get the key in.

Deadbolt screws too long!

I have been replacing doorknobs and deadbolts throughout our house. I have never had an issue/problem with any of them until I bought this set. I had no problem with the bottom locking knob, but the deadbolt on top was the problem. The screws for the deadbolt to connect the lock front and back together were too long! I had them threaded properly & had check it several times. I removed the deadbolt & tried the screws without putting them through the door & the screws still stopped short. I held the lock up to the door & the screws were just entirely too long. I cut the screws to let them fit, but unfortunately, I cut the screws too short! I am so mad at myself. I should have just packaged the set up & returned it but being the do-it-your-self, fix up person I am, I just had to do it this way. Now I am out the money & a working deadbolt/doorknob set. I wouldn't waste my money on this set. As I said before, I have NEVER had an issue installing any of my deadbolts throughout my home.

Look great with our wooden doors.

Super easy to install and made a huge difference in the space we’re upgrading. Came with 4 keys, which was super ideal, as it’s for a 2 bedroom rental unit. 2 for them, 2 for us. The matte finish looked amazing with the natural wooden door we paired it with. Happy with the product and even happier with the price.

Worth the price.

The quality seems really for this doorknob and deadbolt lockset. It came with 4 keys that work in both the locks. Installing them was fairly straightforward, but the instructions that came with it could be a little better. All in all, a good set.

It’s okay…

Received mine a bit scratched, the keys given are a little too thick.. therefore it doesn’t go in smoothly, the deadbolt latch plate is too big for the hole I already had cut into my door (going to have to cut it bigger). However, it does lock, it does its job. My advice though, before closing the door and screwing the door handle on, lubricate the whole thing inside and keep locking/ unlocking/ turning the knob repeatedly. Then you can close the door. I was locked in my apartment for a good 10 minutes because the door wouldn’t unlock. I think it’s expensive for the quality…
