Definitely a personal preference

I originally bought a bottle from Menards. Liked it so much I bought another. Then I cracked one after its 80th fall on concrete. But they no longer carried it. I came to Amazon looking for it and could not find it. Went to companies site to see if they still made it and yes they did, “Somewhat”. They had made a few changes. And the cost almost doubled. I took the description back here to Amazon and found them and bought one. As you can see from pictures the difference. Fortunately for me the price here was similar to that of my original. Pros and cons. Cons, the bottle is a lot smaller than it predecessor. The plastic does not appear to be as thick or durable. But time and drops with tell. The cap is definitely cheaper quality. At least from appearance. Maybe molecular structure is just as strong and durable. The grip they added tends to be hard to clean based on other items I’ve had in the past. Nice touch but tends to hold on the dirt. But there are improvements. Pros, although smaller it does fit my cars cup holder where the previous one did not. Plastic is thinner but it is a lot lighter to carry. The cap actually screws on to threads on the outside of bottle, where the other one was on the inside of bottle’s mouth. Older one was harder to clean the threads but this one is a lot easier. I thought grip was just stretched on but it’s actually glued so dirt cannot get behind it and maybe with the right cleaner I can get outside of it clean. The top part screws on a lot better and older one had a removable gasket that at times would allow leaking. This one so far has not at all. Overall despite its smaller size the improvements made it acceptable. I would have still liked the changes to have made the cup holder size work without compromising on the volume but I’ll live. On the cost, all I can say is that I will never pay the $25+ price the makers their site (sorry Aladdin). However, I would definitely keep looking until I found it for $10-$15 price range. I know there is inflation and cost of goods to make them might have gone up but it ma a freakin drinking bottle. One reason why I don’t have a yeti. If you can’t finish your drink before it gets cold from hot or warm from being cold then you have other issues. But that’s just me. You do you and I’ll do me. Hope this helps.

Sturdy and well made-Being able to open midway to clean brilliant design

Their marketing insert drove me crazy. Directions in 3 languages & total misuse of available printing space, results in 'copy' in 4? point size and virtually unreadable & I do not wear glasses. Use the space effectively. Insert said EAS CARRY LOOP. I did not find nor in checking back on website did I see it listed. Poor coordination of literature to product. I bought 3 bottles and very happy with them

These bottles are great if......

We have a number of these bottles and they are great! However, we dropped one and only the cap broke and you can not buy just caps for replacements, so expensive bottle if you have to throw it away - AND thick plastic that I am sure won't break down! We did find a Fuji water big bottle, the top fit if you really pushed. We bought this one as a replacement for the broken one and we kept the broken one as a "spare." With the price of these bottles AND the environmental reasoning, they should sell caps. Don't know why they don't!

Better than I expected. LOVE IT!

I was skeptical, but it just feels great. 100% perfect design. Size, weight, materials are great...even the shape of the lip. It pours really easy and feels good to use. High quality. I love the rubber handle and it stands out as different from disposables. The screw elements are robust and tight fitting. They even glide nicely. No rough edges, feels like it will last a LONG time.

Love this!!!

I’m in college and this bottle fits perfectly in the side pocket. I love that it’s reusable and easy to clean. I also love that I can add large ice cubes to keep my water colder for longer. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect size for lemonade singles

I absolutely love these bottles. They are the perfect size for my favorite Wylers lemonade singles. They are very sturdy, super easy to fill under my refrigerator door water dispenser, and the silicone sleeve is great for holding the cold bottle in my hand. They unscrew in the middle so they can easily be washed. I am so happy to have found these. They are perfect!

It opens in the middle to put ice in it.

I like the fact that it twists off in the middle so you can add ice, screw it back on and fill it with your beverage. I bought 3 of them, one for me and 2 for gifts.

Excellent product at an excellent price!

This water bottle is amazing! I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this product! I have ADHD, and with that comes sensory issues. I prefer to drink water out of water bottles but did not want to use a bunch of disposable bottles. This is the perfect solution. Feels exactly like disposable (it doesn't have the crunchy though if that is part of your sensory thing). It is super easy to keep clean as it unscrews in the middle. I do put it in the dishwasher without heat drying and it has been fine. The only thing that may wear out from dishwasher may be the rubber ring to seal it. Highly recommend!

looks great

I only drink alot of water if its in a watter bottle container. Its a sturdy bottle. Lid is good. i love how it splits in the middle and you can add ice. CAn't wait to see how durable it is during summer.

Love this bottle the only problem is the cap. it needs to be made out of a tougher plastic because it can crack easily if dropped on a hard surface. The bottle itself if very solid and over all it's a very worthwhile buy. Easy to clean a great price I love it. I use it at work in a shop so it falls over all the time it last me about 8 months before I buy a new one I'm on my 3rd bottle in a little over 2 and a half years and a half
