There are no better mulching blades out there. Bar none.

As usual these Oregon blades are top notch. Considerably thicker than the OEM blades for exceptional durability and the added weight, once they get to operating revolutions, can mulch through thick grass like it isn't even there. The lift vane on the ends of the blades differs from other manufacturers making this style mulching blade in that it is wider causing more lift at the ends of the blade for much better lift and cutting ability. Top notch quality and a design that has never let me down on any mower I have ever owned from multi blade riders to single blade push mowers. Highly recommended! I always buy two complete sets so that when the ones on the mower need to be sharpened I just swap out with the second set and can sharpen the ones I removed at my leisure making sure they are good and balanced for spindle free wear. *NOTE* If you use a mower with a belt driving the blades when engaging the deck to start the blades spinning it is advised to do so at a lower throttle setting until the belt is fully engaged and the blades are spinning. The extra weight on these blades will shock the belt if you do not do this and can cause premature stress on the belt. Once they are at operating speed there is no added stress on the belt. A small price to pay for these astounding upgrades on any mower and frankly ALL belt driven decks should be started like that.
