The media could not be loaded. I don't even know where to start, but it's a warning to never buy something on looks alone. My wife even told me if it's that cheap it wont last, but I was determined to prove her wrong. How wrong I was, this started to fall to pieces after two days and was completely broken within two weeks. I've assembled enough things in my life that I know what I'm doing with practically anything. I tend to have a quick review of the instructions usually to make sure I'm using the right screws in the right holes. The instructions that came with this are about the lamest I've ever seen, vague with vague illustrations, it looked like whoever did these instructions just couldn't be bothered, which is pretty much the impression I got from the entire product. However, everything seemed to be going OK, despite that very distinct feeling that this was a really cheap and poorly made item. Then it became time to attach the armrests. Arm rest number one, no problem, just a little loose and shaky despite tightening it as much as I could. Then came the most frustrating hours of my life. One half of the arm rest attached to the chair back, again it felt loose even when tightened, but that was nothing compared to what came next. The other end of the armrest was supposed to attach to the seat part of the chair, only the two holes did not align, not even close. At one point I thought I was losing my mind, naively thinking it was my mistake and not the products. I tried every combination I could, even switching the arms, taking the chair back off. This took me good part of a day, Eventually I had to use brute force and a mallet (which is why the photo doesn't look quite as bad as it did when I first tried putting it together) But at least I did it. As soon as I sat in the chair the arm popped straight out again, so I had to go thru the whole process again. my kids in the next room had never heard so much swearing in their innocent lives. After I had resolved that, it was time to finally sit in the chair. This time the arms didn't pop out but they didn't feel secure, they felt loose and I didn't feel comfortable putting my arms on them, which kind of defeated 'the idea of an arm rest. So after this was finished, I finally felt a sense of achievement and sat down and it felt OK except for the arms but the very next day I sat down and the seat rocked from left to right. I turned the chair over and tightened up every screw but it didn't make any difference. I tried to block it out of my mind, the last thing I wanted to do after so much effort into it, was to send it back. Just as I was thinking I'll just have to get used to this as I moved backwards the chair completely fell backwards and I hit my head on the wall, luckily I wasn't hurt. When I turned the chair over part of central support, where the large cylinder was attached to the smaller cylinder creating at the telescopic device so you could raise your chair up and down, had some how come apart inside, the plastic interior that stopped the two pieces of metal from scraping together was now halfway up the smaller cylinder and the whole support structure was tilted at an acute angle plus one of the wheels had come off and was severed into two parts. That was the final straw, it was a complete nightmare, I'm lucky not to have been taken to the emergency room, the thing should be thrown into a furnace, it's worse than trash. But to add insult to injury I have to take this thing to pieces and put it in a box and return it in order to get my money back, I hate the thing so much, I'd rather have nothing more to do with it. When I see comments how people love the chair I can only assume they have never had anything better because it absolutely not remotely close to 5 stars and even if I happened to get the lemon the whole feel of it is nasty and cheap and it feels like some could have seriously hurt using this. I am going to contact Amazon directly and suggest they take out of their products listings because if someone did get hurt by such inadequate product, it wouldn't reflect well on Amazon
