Works great without damage to wall
Used this to mount a hand mirror on a tiled wall in the shower. Works great without damage of any kind to the wall. Water doesn't effect it in any way.

Still holding
Using this on my small kitchen wastebasket to keep the plastic grocery bags I'm using for liners from falling in. Its till holding firm after 4 months of a million bag changes. Works great.

Wow, this can hold a lot and sticks well
I was hesitant at first to use anything that said it would stick to shower walls, but this has lasted the test of time. I used two of these hooks to hang our shower caddie with all our products, which is quite heavy, and it holds just fine. Super impressed!

Still going strong after 5+ years!
Installed this according to package directions on a wall that has some texture to it. Wasn't sure it would hold because of the rough surface, but it did. It holds an oversized bath towel, damp from being used after a shower. The towel has been hanging on it for several weeks since we installed it, wet and dry. It's not a great-looking hook because it's plastic, but it definitely does the job. UPDATE: March 2018 -- Still holding up! This thing is rock solid. UPDATE: October 2021 -- Absolutely amazing. Has been holding up a full-sized damp bath towel every day for more than 5 years now. Sadly, I have to remove it because we're moving.

String and durable
These hooks were installed in the shower. After several months, they are still tight to the wall and holding a soap/ shampoo rack. A little expensive but worth it. I tried others that were not as strong, and found my shower supplies in the tub when the others didn't hold up.

Careful where you hang it
I bought this product because the package says that the bath strips are water resistant. I have used many command hooks before without issue. I wanted the water resistant strips because the bathroom can get very steamy during a shower. I cleared the wall and hung it a few days ago. I waited 24hrs and then hung a towel there. The towel should be way below the 5lb rating so I didn't expect any issues. Well there is a big issue. This morning it fell off the wall and it too a good bit of the paint with it. I live in an apparent that has strict rules about making holes in the wall. Well this is so much worse than if I had just put up a regular towel hook. The bath strips are not as steam resistant as the description makes it sound. Furthermore it comes with only 1 strip. So if you make a mistake when hanging, you are Out of luck. I won't be buying these ever.

Works well
This works well in my bathroom, which does not have good ventilation, and is therefore, prone to having moisture issues. I was a bit skeptical about using a command hook in there, but since this one is specific to bathrooms, I thought I would give it a try. So far it is working great. If that should change, I will be sure to update this review.

Does the job
I don't know what other people are talking here about. I attached it to the tile wall. I didn't really clean the wall with any alcohol or cleaning gel. The tile was just dry. I attached it easily. It's there. I put heavy wet towels on it - the hook seems to do the job well.

Perfect for students and renters.
As a student command hooks are an absolute life saver. It can be frustrating moving into rented accommodation only to have no space in the bathroom for towels etc. Command hooks are fantastic. As long as instructions are followed properly (and weight limits not exceeded) they rarely if ever fall down and then are easy to remove insuring security deposits are returned with no deductions. Recommend the full range of command hooks products to all students, renters or anyone who wants a secure way to gain extra storage or hooks in their home with no risk of damage to their walls.

Great product
Absolutely love command products and this is no exception, ive got 3, 2 that i use for holding towels on the back of the bathroom door and a third i use to hold the tubing from the shower head in place to make the shower more tidy which obviously gets wet a lot more and had no issues with it.

Happy with this hook
The 3M Command Bathroom Hook with Water Resistant Strips - Large, White was easy to put up - allowing for the setting times of each part of the process - it was a quick task. It's holding firm with a small shower caddy on it.
