Great collars to keep ID tag on a cat
Samantha has been wearing her current collar for 2 years. It has a quick release closer so if it gets caught it opens and won’t choke her. It’s lightweight and doesn’t snag. It’s safe for her to wear and keeps her ID tag on her. I recommend these collars

If your cat tolerates collars this is a great choice!
Bought a little over a month ago for my two girls who look too much alike. I couldn't tell them apart at first glance! I searched for a long time for collars that would help me with this problem without putting them at risk. Every listing for breakaway collars I looked at on Amazon was either overpriced, low quality, or had those stupid clasps with the sharp cat ears on them. My girls are also indoor only so I'm not necessarily concerned about them losing them. I finally settled on two of these (Blue and Yellow) and they seem to be perfect for my needs so far. The Wild Child of the two cats was not well pleased with her new accessory. It took her all of an hour to figure out how to break out of it. Which was a minor relief because it confirmed that the collars would breakaway if they were stuck. We put it back on her and she wore it for a day before sitting down in front of me in the living room, tearing it off, and then pouncing and chewing on it as if to further signal her wrath. After one more attempt, she wore it for two days before "losing" it again. We found it in the closet where she likes to sleep after a week. Thankfully, her sister is much more demure. She adapted to the collar after the first hour and doesn't even see to notice it anymore. It looks very pretty and has held up to a month of scratches and roughhousing with her sister. It seems to be very durable. The sturdiness should last for years. The clasp seems to be strong that every day activities do not cause it to break free. It is only because of a very determined feline that they aren't both still wearing them. I wouldn't want a collar that she couldn't get out of if she needed so I'll have to be happy with one collared cat and one not. In the end, I'm happy with the quality of these collars. And as long as one of them keeps it on I can tell my girls apart.

Cute!
Simple breakaway collar, easy to adjust and put on. Very reflective, bell jingles. Thanks!

Harder for kitty to lose than most. Nice quality.
One of my cats developed an obsession with removing his breakaway collars. Once he discovered it was possible he wouldn't keep one on more than a day or two at most, which more or less negated the point of wearing a collar at all. I bought this one as a trial, and I think it has now lasted at least a year. In the past few days he started taking it off again. Ultimately the thinnest bit of the plastic clasp snapped before the clasp released, but given that it lasted so long compared to other collars I just bought a second one. The reflective fish are really effective. I remove the bell and add a metal/enamel tag with my phone numbers. My cats are 95% indoors, but we occasionally go out to the patio together. In case of some accident or disaster I feel better knowing they might be ID'd even if no one bothered to check a microchip, and that a neighbor might not mistake them for a stray if they got out. This is a great sturdy collar that doesn't fray much from continued scratching and seems to hold up longer than other collars with other clasps. The reflective material is cute and effective. I will say though looking at how thin the plastic is on the part that ultimately broke that I am surprised it didn't break sooner!! I'd be interested if they thought about making a metal breakaway clasp version. You want a breakaway clasp to break away as needed, but not so easily that the cat can just pull it off. Yet I'm a bit disturbed that the plastic broke before the clasp disengaged this last time.

Rough stiching on underside
This could be a fluke with the collar we received but here is our experience: our cat wore the collar for several days, and scratched at it constantly. We noticed sore spots developing and hair rubbed off beneath the collar. I took the collar off and ran my fingers along the underside and found the cause: their is stiching on the underside that is quite abrasive and "pokey" in places. Enough to jab a finger. Returning this one.

Quality design, Cat Approved!
Goot The Siamese Cat has lost several breakaway collars along with his tags. This one is holding up pretty well. The red looks awesome on Goot although has skeletons instead of the fish we ordered.

This reflective collar is bright!
We've gone through several of these collars since our cat is a bit of a Houdini. I'm always happy to buy another because I know the breakaway feature keeps her safe. The reflective stripe on the collar is probably its most impressive feature. It shines super bright when hit with a flashlight or headlight. I can see it across our large backyard easily, and she shows up on our security camera footage regularly. I'm attaching the blurry security camera picture so you can see just how vivid the reflector is in the dark.

Working just fine
A must-have item for outdoor cats who have a bad tendency to run across roads. This is the cheapest reflective collar I was able to find here on Amazon, and both have been working just fine. These two are now cheaper options: *Reflective Cat Collar with Bell, Set of 3, Solid, Nylon, Mixed Colors, Cool Pet Cat Collars, for Small Dogs, By Bemix *Whisker Kitty Purple Adjustable Safety Cat Collar-8"-12" The clip's tension seems just a bit weak. Definitely won't choke anybody, but one cat has gotten his collar off twice now. Both times were indoors, so easy to find. No damage done, just need to check for a missing collar once in a while, before letting him go out. The reflective fishes are less effective than a solid band of reflective material around the whole collar, but it's infinitely better than non-reflective collars, and nothing has flaked off or worn out after months of use. One of the two came missing the plastic bit which keeps the two straps tightly together, but a single bag twist tie served as a working substitute.

so I thought this I going to be as bad as the one we have
As others have stated I have a cat that once he Sussex out how to get his collar off would not keep it on more than a couple of minutes so having read the reviews I thought I'll get this one, eh I got it in my hand though I tried to open it the way he did grip the collar in your teeth then flick the collar on the other side of the clip and even still on the card, it popped open, so I thought this I going to be as bad as the one we have, however my husband was more optimistic saying I've got to take him to the vets tonight anyway for a jab so I'll ask them to put it on and well transfer his tag also, they came back from the vets all happy and Teddy with new collar and tag on still because it is adjustable they put it tight enough to still be comfortable but so that he couldn't get it into his jaw to execute his little trick, he has been wearing it for four days now and tag is still on the collar and the collar is round his neck and he is not even bothering to try and get it off now phew! He is chipped but tag is easier for people to find me and his home, he's not allowed out for another two weeks Jo

Best cat collar ever
This is my second Red Dingo collar, my cat managed to lose the first one within 3 days. Probably my fault, I may not have made it snug enough. This one has lasted weeks now, I just made it a little tighter, I can still get 2 fingers behind it easily, and that seems to be the answer. Like most cat collars the bell does little to prevent him hunting, I still get little mouse presents from time to time, sometimes still alive and kicking. I would certainly buy this again.

Lovely collar, one of the best ones that we have tried
This is a great collar. My cat has been wearing it for a month now. Still looks brand new, he hasn't lost it but at the same time I know that it would come off easily if he got stuck. He used to have the same collar in a different colour which he used for about a year. That collar is still in good condition and it's put away as a back up. I just simply wanted a different colour. :) I believe it is good value for price.

Brilliant Collar Which Stays Brand New
This collar is brilliant. It adjusts and fits our cat brilliantly. The push fit connection is great as it just snaps on or off the cat's neck. I've tried buckle ones before and elasticated but the push fit type is by far the best. This particular collar is great looking too. The fish shaped clasp is lovely and makes it seem less clinical. The reflective fish decoration are also very nice, working well under light at night. The collar has stood up to good use too. I've had it around 3 months now and it still looks brand new. Other collars we have had in the past have deteriorated as the cat scratches herself, leading to fraying and tattiness. This one however has stayed perfect, and even the printed fish still look the same. Overall this is an excellent cat collar, and I will definitely buy another when the current one eventually perishes!

Excellent safety collar
Good quality collar that hasn't been rejected by a fussy cat just yet. Safety element of the buckle works well, although as a tip make sure you have the collar tight enough (obviously not too tight) because it can be released by your cat if they can hit the buckle hard enough. Far rather this happen that it nor release. Very reflective, the fish around the collar pick up light from direct sources and give a good glow which is exactly as you'd hope. The bell is loud enough to be heard but it's not big ben and won't keep you awake at night.
