The description is accurate. I used it for hot drinks and it kept the temperature quite well. No leaks through the cap. The materials look durable. Hope it will perform well for a long time.

The lid is plastic

Nice double wall stainless steel growler. However the lid is made of plastic! Needs to be made of equal material. Like the other stainless growlers I have.

The media could not be loaded. There are residues of gray powder from the production. There are no instructions on how to clean the product before initial use. For the purpose of testing the quality of heat preservation, I poured boiling water inside. I waited 21 hours (not 41 hours as promised) and the water temperature dropped to 60°c in half the time (21 hours) and that's when no water or drink came out during that time. If I opened the thermos and took out a drink the remaining drink would surely cool down faster than 21 hours. After I poured the water and the dish dried, I discovered that a gray powder was falling on my hand. Probably production leftovers. That means washing the dish with water is not enough. Although I received partial compensation because of the heat issue, but then I discovered that the stainless steel inside was not smooth. feeling grainy. There is a sign of a defect on the bottom of the tool from the inside and I have no way of knowing if the tool is free of manufacturing residues. in brief. disappointment. Made in China... so you can buy for 1/4 the price straight from China

Can’t go wrong with a Coleman product.

This is perfect for my work. Not too big and not too small. From my experience, Coleman products are great. Value and durability is definitely worth it. The only concern I have about this product is the plastic handle. I have not dropped this growler, yet. But I’m pretty sure that when I do, the plastic handle will probably snap off. If that happens, it’s going to be awkward with the cap being attached to it. I’m not sure if Coleman sells a replacement handle, I hope they do, because this product will last you for a long time.

Another Great Coleman Product

I have a smaller Coleman water bottle I use for camping that works wonderfully, so when I needed a half-gallon container I bought this one. Works great, keeps my water cold for at least 3 days and allows me to carry more cold water in my Jeep without having to use a bulky cooler.

I like the amount of water it holds. Keeps cold for a few hrs. Somewhat heavy. Small handle to hold. Will last a long time

Stays cold longer than I expected

I use this as a water bottle to keep track of my water intake. I wanted something that would keep the water cold instead of a typical water bottle with the ounces marked. Works well. It is well made and nice that I don’t have to keep up with the lid since it is attached to the handle. Would buy this again.

Useless item

The bottle doesn’t keep the temperature, after 2 hrs the ice cubes are dissapeared. Huge dissapointment.

Growler Coleman 1.9 lts.

Lo uso muy ocasionalmente, conserva el calor por unas horas, cuando lo lleno (1.5 litros, no más por que luego se derrama) con líquidos calientes resiste bien unas 5-6 horas. OJO no te conservará el calor como dice en la descripción, aplica un poco de sentido común y entiende que si llegara pero tibio hasta cierto límite, para que no te decepciones pensando que tendrás café hirviendo todo el día. Aun no lo pongo a prueba con frío pero creo que cumplirá sin problemas. Lo adquirí por que a veces me llevo mis bebidas calientes al trabajo cuando no me alcanza el tiempo para tomarlas en casa, pensaba adquirir el modelo de 1.2 litros pero me decidí por este growler, que le cabe más y no había mucha diferencia de precio, pagué 926 MX por el. Llama mucho la atención, a mis amigos les ha gustado. Por último, es hecho en China y dice que no contiene BPA. Todo bien por parte de Amazon.

Com 3 meses de uso quebrou a fita que segura a tampa.

Com 3 meses se uso quebrou a alça que segura a tampa. Não utilizei como Growler ainda mas como garrafa térmica manteve a bebida gelada a noite toda. Como está muito calor eu coloquei água com gelo primeiro, pra gelar ele e então coloquei água. Segurou bem.

Decepción

Puse agua fría a las 8:00 de la noche y ya para las 05:00 de la madrugada del día siguiente ya casi estaba al tiempo. No pasaron ni doce horas, no coincide con lo que dice el fabricante, que puede durar hasta 76 horas. Lamento mucho esta desagradable sorpresa para mí ya que soy aficionado a la marca Coleman. No recomiendo ése modelo, fuera de eso, la entrega fue muy rápida y el diseño es muy bueno,

I honestly think it's a knock-off

I have 2 already with broken handles so I bought a 3rd one. The handle works just fine...lol I put 10 ice cubes in the new one and the old one and then filled them with the same tap water and went out for my hike. The both sat in the car until my hike was done...the old one still had cubes and freezing cold water...the new one had no cubes and the water was luke warm at best...after sitting in a car in the sun for 3 hours...F'N BS...going to return and buy direct from Coleman!!
