Update: Good shoe
I'm adding an update as I received a much more professional response from the seller and was assured of the authenticity; I will now be keeping the shoes, however, I am still of the opinion that the shoes should arrive in a Cole Haan box. The shoes do look very nice on my boyfriend! Old Response: I received these shoes in a box that was NOT a Cole Haan box, the box top was torn off, the box also looked very used. I asked the seller to provide proof of authenticity and they very rudely declined and tried to blame Amazon in their original message when I inquired. I would highly recommend to buy from the actual Cole Haan site to avoid paying for a shoe that may not be authentic from a third party. The seller could have easily obliged and provided proof but their response spoke volumes so I returned the shoes as I would not give money to such a rude seller anyway. I’ll purchase from Cole Haan where I know they will be real and they have much better customer service!

I own a pair of these that I picked up from Cole Haan. I Love them, they were incredibly comfortable from the second I put them on, after a year or so I decided I wanted to get a new pair of the exact same shoe, which lead me here and I purchased these. What I received did not come in a Cole Haan box; not a deal breaker for me but just strike. The shoes look like the mode C31864 however many minor details (flaws) began to show themselves. I’ve owned a handful of Cole Haans and seldom do their quality control slip up. What I noticed, why I think they're “replicas” and why I returned: -no original box OUTSIDE -not the same shoe heel Foam, these have very stiff foam, the originals are more plyable and smushie; it’s just a noticeably different material. There’s a molding seam at the toe tip and hollow bubbles in the foam. Additionally, letters were absent of parts that were present on my genuines. -shoe material (suede) spot on. -shoe holes, noticeable metal loop rings present: poor quality control. -rear tab: different color cordage used on these than original. Inside Heel Gold embossing: slightly different and just looks kinda cheap in comparison. Laces: very similar but thinner INSIDE: Heel liner different material than original. On this model, it uses the same lining throughout the shoe. On my genuine ones, that portion of the liner is a suedeish microfiber material. Insert: entirely different foam, this foam is yellow, my genuine ones are white; feels different. Tongue: entirely different product label, original ones are made in Vietnam, Thea say made in India and it’s just flat out different. Feel: totally different, these are stiff, uncomfortable and rigid. Also visually narrower than my original pair even though they’re supposedly the same size and shoe. Now, sure, the India factory may be terrible and they are “genuine” and the Vietnam factory is on the A team. It’s not that I care about whether they are real or fake, it’s that they are flat out uncomfortable in comparison to my other pair purchased at Cole haan.

Nice look
The sneakers are comfortable but I was disappointed that one of the flaps on one of the sneakers during shipment or whatever is bent down and stays down so it's like a defected I am disappointed about that. Because of that I don't know if I would buy them again they should be perfect for the money I spent

As one person mentioned the pull tab is quite small on the heel, however if you can get past that these shoes are good not great very little breath ability for long use during hot days not a beater or every day foot wair Build quality 8 Look 8 Very day use 5

No tienen garantía más allá de los 30 días que te da Amazon
Los zapatos son bonitos, ligeros y cómodos el problema está en que con muy poco uso los zapatos se "arrugaron" mucho no los use demasiado tiempo y ni si quiera fue en la calle la mayor tiempo en oficina, cómo mi reclamo fue después de los 30 días que da Amazon para poder devolver ya no me ayudaron con el cambio, de hecho no pedí devolución si no cambio físico porque los zapatos me gustan, al no poder hacer cambio Amazon me dirigió con el proveedor Cole Haan MX y ellos se limitaron a decir que ellos no comercializan esos zapatos que es otra unidad de negocio la que se encarga y no pueden hacer nada, primera y última vez que compro esa marca con esa experiencia no les vuelvo a comprar y también decepciónado de Amazon que normalmente me dan una solución está vez solo fue que el sistema ya no les permitia hacer cambios. Definitivamente si piensan comprar es marca piensenlo bien porque no son baratos y se deterioran muy rápido. Nota en 2 meses solo los use unas 6 veces (días).

Caros para no ser de piel
Son muy bonitos, pero me decepcionaron cuando llegaron y veo que no son de piel, por lo general cole haan siempre hace zapatos y tenis de piel y estos no fue el caso, motivo por lo que los devolví, pero si están cómodos, la suela es súper suave y cómoda, si no te importa que no son de piel, los recomendaría, en mi caso no me gustan los zapatos de material sintético
